Fastening system for fastening a rail
A fastening system for fastening a rail for rolling stocks such as trains, including a base plate, an elastic material and a rigid casing, wherein the base plate is embedded in the elastic material and the elastic material is arranged, at least partially, between the base plate and the rigid casing.
RAIL FASTENING
A rail fastener comprises a rail support in a form of a bracket secured to a rail base and an lever oriented in perpendicular to the rail longitudinal axis, wherein one end of the lever is articulated to the bracket by a silentblock and the other end comprises a rail mounting platform equipped with limiters of the rail displacement in the direction perpendicular to the rail track axis. The rail is secured to the rail support by two clips disposed astride the rail. Some ends of the clips are taken under the lower surface of the rail platform, while the other ends abut on the upper surface of the rail flange via hexagonal adjusters each having an orifice located eccentrically in relation to the hexagon axis and receiving the other end of the clip. The rail fastener further comprises two elastic members disposed between the rail and the rail base astride the lever, and their thickness is selected so as to form a gap between the rail base and the lower surface of the lever in a position when the rail receives a load of a train wheels.
RAIL-MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
An assembly for securing a longitudinally extending rail for rail vehicles has a metallic base plate detachably fixed to a solid substrate. Rail holddowns secure the rail to the base plate, and retaining devices anchored in the substrate and pressing the base plate down against the base plate.
AN ANCHORING ASSEMBLY FOR FASTENING A RAILWAY RAIL TO AN UNDERLYING FOUNDATION
An anchoring assembly for fastening a railway rail to an underlying foundation, the anchoring assembly including a base plate configured to receive the rail, a fastener configured to fasten the base plate to the underlying foundation, and a rigid sleeve defining a passage through which a stem of the fastener passes. The base plate comprises an opening and the sleeve is configured to extend through the base plate opening, the sleeve extends a distance greater than a thickness of the base plate such that the sleeve extends from a top surface of the base plate and beyond a bottom surface of the base plate when installed, and the sleeve is configured such that a compressive load applied by the fastener when installed is transmitted through the sleeve to the underlying foundation.
Rail Fastening System
A rail fastening system for fastening a rail on a subsurface, preferably a ballastless track, comprises at least one retaining element for mounting the rail on the subsurface. The retaining element has an angle guide plate that, in the assembled state, is configured to divert transverse forces from the rail into the subsurface and a shoulder part that, in the assembled state, is configured to butt together with the angle guide plate and to lie in a recess of the subsurface in a positive-locking manner.
RAIL FASTENING SYSTEM
Rail fastening system (1) for fastening a rail (2) to a rail subsurface, preferably for a ballastless track, comprising a base plate (10), preferably made of a plastic, and at least one dowel (20), wherein the base plate (10) has at least one opening (15), which completely penetrates the base plate (10) in the thickness direction, and the dowel (20) is introduced into the opening (15), is held therein by means of a retaining contour and projects in the thickness direction at least on one side beyond the base plate (10).

Direct fixation fastener
A bonded, direct fixation fastener as supportive structure for a rail on a railroad bed comprising: a substantially rectangular rail plate, wherein the rail plate has a generally horizontal center portion having a lower face and an upper face and wherein the rail plate defines an outer perimeter having a face defining a first angle to the railroad bed, the rail plate having attachment means to attach to the rail; a substantially rectangular bottom member defines an inner perimeter having a face defining a second angle to the railroad bed; and a substantially rectangular elastomeric portion disposed between, and bonded to each of, the outer perimeter and face of the rail plate and the inner perimeter and face of the bottom member.
