Fastening system for fastening a rail
A fastening system for fastening a rail for rolling stocks such as trains, including a base plate, an elastic material and a rigid casing, wherein the base plate is embedded in the elastic material and the elastic material is arranged, at least partially, between the base plate and the rigid casing.

Transparent railroad railseat assembly
A railroad fastening system that includes a see-thru (transparent or translucent) rail seat assembly which allows for immediate visual feedback to assess whether that a sufficient amount of adhesive material has been applied to a crosstie during the installation of a rail seat assembly on a crosstie to ensure a long-lasting bond and a proper cant, flatness and height of a rail seat assembly.
RAIL FASTENING
A rail fastener comprises a rail support in a form of a bracket secured to a rail base and an lever oriented in perpendicular to the rail longitudinal axis, wherein one end of the lever is articulated to the bracket by a silentblock and the other end comprises a rail mounting platform equipped with limiters of the rail displacement in the direction perpendicular to the rail track axis. The rail is secured to the rail support by two clips disposed astride the rail. Some ends of the clips are taken under the lower surface of the rail platform, while the other ends abut on the upper surface of the rail flange via hexagonal adjusters each having an orifice located eccentrically in relation to the hexagon axis and receiving the other end of the clip. The rail fastener further comprises two elastic members disposed between the rail and the rail base astride the lever, and their thickness is selected so as to form a gap between the rail base and the lower surface of the lever in a position when the rail receives a load of a train wheels.

A RAIL FASTENING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED RAIL TRACK
A rail fastening system (10) comprises a base plate (12) configured to sit on a support (14) and having a first recess 16 for receiving a length of a rail (18). The system (10) also includes a plurality of spring clips (20i) and (20t) arranged to clamp the base plate (12) between the rail (18) and the support (14); and in doing so fasten the rail (18) to the support (14). A resilient rail pad (21) may be placed in the recess (16) prior to the recess receiving the rail (18), so that the rail (18) sits on top of the rail pad (21). The plate (12) is not secured to the support before application of the clips. The clips are applied by pushing them over the base plate in direction perpendicular to the extent of the rail.
Rail Member and Rail System
There is proposed a rail member [see: 102] comprising a resiliently flexible elongate substrate comprising first and second major surfaces, the member comprising at least one channel formation [see: 202] formed transversally relative to the longitudinal axis of the elongate substrate across at least one of the first or second major surfaces, according to a first embodiment, an insert [see: 304] is positioned between the first and second major surfaces; according to a second embodiment, an insert [see: 304] ex tends longitudinally along the member.

Switch
A switch (1) for a track system for rail vehicles, wherein the switch (1) has rails (2) and a sequence of sleepers (4) and, in each case on an upper side (5) of the respective sleeper (4), at least two of the rails (2) are fixed to each other in pairs opposite each other, and in each case an intermediate layer (6) is arranged between each one of the rails (2) and the respective sleeper upper side (5), and the sleepers (4) each have a sleeper pad (8) on their undersides (7), opposite their respective upper sides (5), and the sleeper pads (8) each have at least one elastomer layer (9), wherein the intermediate layers (6) each have at least one elastomer layer (10).
Railway ail fastening assembly and method
A fastening system or apparatus for securing a rail to the underlying railroad tie includes a pad, two insulators attached to the pads and two shoulders attached to the ties. An interference fit is formed between the insulators and the shoulders to capture the pad between the shoulders. The insulators are pre-attached to the pad. The mating protrusions of the shoulders and pad allows for ease of insertion such that the pad assembly can be shipped together with the underlying tie.
