HYDRAULIC BREAKER CHISEL
The present invention provides a chisel for a hydraulic breaker that is installed inside the hydraulic breaker and struck by a reciprocating piston, including a chisel body having a shaft structure provided with a horn-shaped crushing portion at a lower end; and a stress distribution portion that is provided with a concave-convex form in which a plurality of grooves and protrusions are alternately formed on an outer circumferential surface of the chisel body in a longitudinal direction, and disperses a stress wave transmitted from an upper side to a lower side of the chisel body by striking of the piston and a stress wave transmitted from the lower portion to the upper portion of the chisel body by striking of a crushing portion to a crushed object.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS RELATED TO EXTRACTING INFILL FROM ARTIFICIAL TURF
A machine for extracting infill from artificial turf includes a first conveyor forming an inclined surface having movable tracks to engage and move a length of artificial turf from a first end to a second end of the machine. A rake disposed on the first end of the machine may include teeth configured to engage an underside of the turf for feeding onto the first conveyer. The machine may also include a first roller disposed above the first conveyor, where the first roller is movable to apply a downward force to a top surface of the first conveyor. The machine may further include a second roller on the second end of the machine, where the second roller includes protrusions that agitate the turf for assisting in removing infill. The machine may also include a second conveyor to receive infill removed from the turf for discharge from the machine.
EARTH CONDITIONING APPARATUS, SYSTEMS & METHODS
Provided is an earth conditioning system/apparatus which removes/break-ups rock in the ground and has a front drawbar, a ground engaging tool arrangement and a rear rotary device (drum). A ground engaging tool arrangement includes a frame supporting ground engaging tools each mounted at a pivot. Actuators raise/lower the ground engaging tool(s) for desired depth control of the ground engaging tools. The rotary device slotted or ribbed drum acts as a crushing drum rolled over earth that has been broken up by the ground engaging tools. Actuators, provide height adjustment of the ground engaging tools relative to the ground engaging tool support frame and by adjusting the height from the ground of the ground engaging tool arrangement by operating the at least one adjuster acting between the rotary device and the ground engaging tool arrangement.
GRAVEL SCARIFYING AND LEVELLING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED ROLLER DEVICE AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A scarifier device includes a scarifier comprising a scarifier support frame having a plurality of downwardly depending axially secured scarifying teeth. An integrated roller device having a compaction roller on a roller support frame is pivotally coupled to the scarifier support frame. A hydraulic arm is positioned between the scarifier support frame and the roller support frame to articulate the roller device between a deployed position and a retracted position. Methods of making and using the scarifier device are also disclosed.
Blade assembly for work vehicles
A blade assembly for removing a membrane from a bridge deck during a road resurfacing project includes a plurality of independently mounted blades that are able to conform to the contours of a bridge deck, separate the membrane from the bridge deck, and form the separated portions of the membrane into narrow strips or rolls.
SPECIALTY CONCRETE REMOVER
A concrete removing apparatus comprises a claw, a cleaving blade, and a bracket. The claw generally has a lower portion, a back portion, and an upper portion. The lower portion generally has a bottom surface, a sloped top surface, and extends forward from the back portion. The upper portion generally extends forward from the back portion partially overhanging the bottom portion and forming a locking notch defined by a front edge of the back portion, a bottom surface of the upper portion, and the top surface of the bottom portion. The cleaving blade is generally attached to a rear surface of the back portion of the claw. The bracket is generally mounted on a top surface of the upper portion of the claw and configured to pivotally connect the bracket to an arm and a hydraulic cylinder of a construction machine.
Scraper bar for a scraper blade of a road milling machine
The invention relates to a scraper bar (20) for a scraper blade (68) of a road milling machine, having a carrier (10) that comprises a front side and a rearward installation surface (17), the carrier (10) comprising a cutting-element receptacle (13), cutting elements (30) being held, serially arranged along a longitudinal axis (L) extending in a width direction of the carrier (10), on or in the cutting-element receptacle (13), and the cutting elements (30) comprising a cutting edge (35.1) that transitions indirectly or directly into a rake surface (35). In order to improve the working result, provision is made according to the present invention that at least for some of the cutting elements (30), the cutting edge (35.1) is set at least locally not parallel to the longitudinal axis (L).
Road structure, corrosion-resistant conductive sheet used for the road structure, and method for peeling off asphalt layer
A road structure, an asphalt layer of which is peeled off by electromagnetic induction heating, includes a non-thermoplastic base layer, an asphalt layer located above the base layer, a conductive sheet between the base layer and the asphalt layer, a first bonding layer that bonds the conductive sheet and the base layer; and a second bonding layer that bonds the conductive sheet and the asphalt layer. The conductive sheet is configured to generate heat based on electromagnetic induction. At least the first bonding layer is a thermoplastic bonding layer configured to be softened by the heat.
Paver stone, brick and block extraction tool
An apparatus for extracting a paver stone, and the like from a preset position, including a pair of lifting plates having a body containing one or more lifting aid insertion openings at one end, and at an opposing end, a blade portion having substantially concave tabs with tab edges formed along a pair of slots terminating in one or more of stress relief openings between the body and the blade, wedging a first blade between the paver and a first adjacent paver and wedging a second blade at an opposing end of a paver and a second adjacent paver, substantially compressing the tabs storing spring energy in the blades, pushing the tab edges below the bottom plane of the paver, releasing the stored spring energy thereby substantially decompressing and re-forming the tabs such that the tab edges contact and engage the underside of the paver to be extracted.
