Pile-forming method for compound extruded and expanded pile and pile-forming equipment for compound extruded and expanded pile
A pile-forming method for a compound extruded and expanded pile, comprising using a compound extrusion and expansion drilling tool of pile-forming equipment for a compound extruded and expanded pile to drill, extrude, and expand to form a bore, wherein when upwardly rotating and lifting, expansion bodies of the compound extrusion and expansion drilling tool enlarge, and at the same time, a concrete pump is started up to pour a pile material under pressure into the pore for the pile, to reach a pile top mark height, obtaining a compound extruded and expanded pile. Pile-forming equipment for a compound extruded and expanded pile is also disclosed, comprising a compound extrusion and expansion drilling tool and a control system thereof. The compound extrusion and expansion drilling tool comprises a drill stem. A plurality of expansion bodies are provided on a threaded section of a drill bit of the drill stem.

Construction Method and Device for Execution of a Cast In-Situ Pile with Multiple Diameters Decreasing with Depth
This invention is detailing a construction method for a cast in-situ pile having an upper section with a larger diameter and at least one subsequent section with a smaller diameter, and a drilling device equipped with continuous flights which allows the construction of one pile having multiple diameters using the innovative construction method in a single continuous drilling phase while each drilling tool is penetrating through the soil in one pass.
The drilling tool according to the invention has a central hollow space that allows accommodation through it of at least one another smaller diameter drilling tool that can drill continuously and can be coupled by means of a coupling-decoupling device in a specific manner to the other drilling tool in order to act as a fixed assembly, at any given position in relation to the smaller drilling tool length and rotating position.

Method and device for producing a foundation element in the ground
The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a foundation element in the ground, wherein a hole is formed in the ground which is filled with a hardenable filling mass in order to form the foundation element. According to the invention provision is made in that prior to the hardening of the filling mass a data carrier is introduced into the hole, on which information on the produced foundation element is stored .
SOIL-DISPLACEMENT DRILL, METHOD FOR CONVERTING A SOIL-DISPLACEMENT DRILL AND METHOD FOR FORMING A FOUNDATION PILE
Disclosed herein is a soil-displacement drill for soil-displacing drilling in a surface in order to form a foundation pile, comprising a drill pipe, a drill head at an end of the drill pipe with several flap leaves which are pivotable between a closed position for closing off the end of the drill pipe and an open position for making this end freely accessible, and one or several closing elements to keep these flap leaves in their closed position and prevent pivoting of the flap leaves which are configured to fail during drilling into the surface in such a way that these closing elements do not impede pivoting of the flap leaves. Additionally, disclosed herein is an assembly of a drill head and one or several closing elements for such a soil-displacement drill, a method for soil-displacing drilling, and a method for converting a soil-displacement drill to form such a soil-displacement drill.

ANCHOR ROD FOR POSITIONED GROUTING SUITABLE FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF ENGINEERING SEEPAGE DAMAGE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a positioning grouting anchor rod suitable for preventing and controlling an engineering seepage damage and a construction method thereof. The positioning anchor rod comprises an anchor rod, a grouting guide pipe and a grouting pipe. When the seepage failure occurs in the project, a water pump can be connected with a drain pipe interface to realize water drainage, and at the same time, a positioner can be used for positioning grouting in the seepage failure area to improve the accuracy of grouting reinforcement. A drainage channel and a grouting channel involved in the present application are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other, and the drainage and grouting functions are combined on the basis of retaining the original supporting function of the anchor rod.
