HYBRID FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR BUILDING SAME
A hybrid foundation structure includes a first perforation hole formed in the ground, at least one second perforation hole formed adjacent to the first perforation hole on a side surface of the first perforation hole, and a first pile and a second pile formed by mixing and injecting soil and soil solidifying agent into the first perforation hole and the second perforation hole.
Method for producing a sealing base in the ground
The invention relates to a method for producing a sealing base in the ground in which by injection of a curable grouting compound a plurality of sealing elements is produced in a first soil layer, which elements adjoin one another or overlap, wherein the plurality of sealing elements forms a solid base plate following curing of the grouting compound. It is provided according to the invention that in a second soil layer, which lies beneath the first soil layer for the solid base plate, a gel base is created by injection of a sealing gel, and that the solid base plate and the underlying gel base form the sealing base. The invention further relates to a correspondingly produced sealing base.
Well pad construction system and methods
A well pad construction system includes a construction area, surface compaction equipment to compact the construction area, an excavator disposed at the construction area and movable to generate an excavated area, a cellar disposed in the excavated area, controlled low-strength material (CLSM), and backfill equipment disposed around the excavated area. The backfill equipment is moveable over the construction area to pour CLSM into a gap between the cellar and surrounding medium in the excavated area for holding the cellar in place and providing a firm well pad from which a rig may operate.

Building foundation repair pier and permanent support
Methods and apparatus are provided for a system for raising and permanently supporting a sunken building foundation footing. The system includes a cylindrical sleeve disposed inside a hole cored through the footing from a top surface of the footing adjacent a stem wall to a bottom surface of the footing, wherein the sleeve has an inner diameter large enough for pier extensions to pass through. A bracket positioned on the top surface of the footing over the sleeve has a center hole with a diameter equal to or greater than the inner diameter of the sleeve. The system may further include a mechanical connection from the bracket to the footing configured to carry a foundation lifting force from a hydraulic ram.
Bell hole box
A bell hole box with an open bottom for protecting construction workers from wall cave-in when working below a surface of the Earth may utilize two, opposing, generally concave walls with generally straight panels portions. The two walls may be connected using multiple spreaders that are pinned or connected to each of the two, opposing walls. Each longitudinal end of the bell hole box is open to permit passage of a pipeline through it. Numerous vertical guard posts may be connected around a top frame rail and joined together with chains. The bell hole box may be lifted in and out of a hole with mounted lifting hooks.
