STRUT CONNECTOR
A strut connector may include a connector base, a cover band, a cover band fixer for fixing the cover band to the connector base, and a connection jack. The connector base may include a base body; a support band protruding from one surface of the base body; a base reinforcement boss protruding from the one surface of the base body to a smaller height than the support band; a base connection boss protruding in the opposite direction of the protruding direction of the support band; a base through-hole formed through the base body, the base reinforcement boss and the base connection boss; and a base screw portion formed on the inside of the base through-hole. The cover band may be separably coupled to the connector base.
Cover band of steel pipe strut connector, steel pipe strut connector having same, and steel pipe strut assembly
A cover band has a cover band body provided with a cover band arch portion corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe strut and a plurality of cover band through holes formed on the cover band body in such a manner as to correspond to a plurality of strut coupling holes. The cover band through holes have shapes of long holes extended in one direction and the extended direction of at least one of the cover band through holes is made to cross the extended direction of the other cover band through hole.
TRENCH WALL SUPPORT
The present invention relates to a support (20) for a prop (22). The prop (22) comprises a telescopic tube (26) and opposing transversely extending feet. The support (20) comprises a board (30) for contacting a support surface to transmit a supporting load thereto; a load bearing surface for receiving the supporting load from a prop (22); a bracket (32) coupled to the board (30), the bracket (32) arranged to support an end of the prop (22) at a load bearing position on the load bearing surface; and a guide for guiding the prop (22) to the load bearing position.
Method for strutting brace legs in an earth-retaining structure of an excavation support system, and system of elements used for purposes of this method
The method is used for strutting brace legs in a quadrangular setup of a rim of brace legs. The method consists in that a spreader (3) is attached to one end of each brace leg (2), while an extendable tensioning unit (4) is attached to the other end of the same brace leg (2). Next, the brace legs (2) are set inside the excavation in such a manner that, in the excavation corners, the ends of the brace legs (2) terminated with spreaders (3) become coupled with the ends of the subsequent brace legs (2) terminated with tensioning units. Once all the brace legs (2) have been coupled with each other, the ends of the brace legs (2), with the spreaders (3) attached to them, are pressed against the sheet piles (1) in the excavation corners by means of tensioning units (4) attached to subsequent brace legs (2).
TRENCH SHORING APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD OF USE
The trench shoring apparatus includes first and second side panels connected in a parallel spaced-apart configuration by a connecting rod pivotally connected to one end of one or more pairs of lateral arms. The other opposite end of the one or more pairs of lateral arms is hingedly connected to the side panels, such that translational movement of the connecting rod in a direction parallel to the side panels causes the spaced-apart panels to move between retracted and extended parallel spaced-apart configurations.

TRENCH SHORING APPARATUS
The trench shoring apparatus includes first and second side panels connected in a parallel spaced-apart configuration by a connecting bar pivotally connected to one end of one or more pairs of lateral arms. The other opposite end of the one or more pairs of lateral arms are hingedly connected to the side panels, such that translational movement of the connecting bar in a direction parallel to the side panels causes the spaced-apart panels to move between retracted and extended parallel spaced-apart configurations. There is a lock for releasably restricting translational movement of the connecting bar.
TRENCH BOX AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A trench box which has first and second side panels connected in parallel spaced relation by first and second lateral supports. Each lateral support comprises connection points at each end of each lateral support that connect the side panels to the lateral supports. The connection points maintain the side panels in parallel spaced relation and the lateral supports in parallel spaced relation between the side panels. Each connection point comprises a pivot connection that permits pivotal movement of the side panels relative to the lateral supports about a pivot axis, and a releasable connection spaced from the pivot connection in a direction perpendicular to the pivot axis. The releasable connection is selectively releasable to permit the respective first or second side panel to pivot about the pivot axis such that the panels are not parallel.
METHOD FOR ALTERNATELY CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND VERTICAL MEMBERS USING TOP-DOWN CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention is provided to shorten a period of underground frame construction in top-down construction method, and more specifically, provides a construction method for alternately constructing underground vertical members downward to lower levels and then constructing remaining vertical members during the same time period after mat and foundation construction, thus making it possible to shorten a construction period of the vertical members and an overall construction period. The method includes a first step of installing the earth retaining wall, constructing the underground pillar post, excavating the first underground level, and constructing the first above-ground level floor; a second step of first constructing the core part of one underground level while constructing the underground level slab downward to support the above-ground level core part which is constructed upward; a third step of alternately constructing an underground vertical member downward; and a step of constructing remaining underground vertical members during the same time period after the construction of the lowest level mat or the foundation, in which the construction period of the underground vertical member is shortened, and thereby the above-ground frame and finishing construction can be started early and an overall construction period is shortened.
