Pile guide and adjustable mounting
A pile guide has a collar with a void therein. A planar flange extends from a side of the collar. A first guide and a second guide form opposing guides constructed and arranged for receiving the planar flange of the pile guide therein. The planar flange is in a slidable relationship within the opposing guides, and the bracket is constructed and arranged for mounting to a dock. The opposing guides pivot relative to the dock during installation and allow pivoting of the pile guide relative to the dock or other mounting. The distance and angle of the collar relative to the dock or other mounting can be adjusted to accommodate for positioning of pile guides due to positioning of piles relative to a dock or other structure.

Ground anchoring element for small-building's subframe
A ground anchoring element for a small-building's subframe allowing the small-building to be stationarily attached to the ground, the anchoring element comprising a bracket, a bracket nut, a threaded rod, adjustment nuts, a support plate with an opening, the threaded rod going through the opening and a tie for the support plate. One end of the threaded rod is in the bracket nut and the other in the ground. The bracket fastened to the subframe of a small-building can be an angled-joint bracket or a straight-joint bracket.
Adjustable foundation support bracket
The present devices and methods provide an adjustable foundation support that rests upon the top end of a pier driven to load bearing strata, and is configured to receive a jack within the bracket of the adjustable foundation support to adjust the height of the foundation by the jack pushing down upon the pier through the pier cap and pushing upwards upon the bracket. The foundation can be adjusted by the adjustable foundation support to provide a level foundation, either alone or in cooperation with one or more additional adjustable foundation supports. Once foundation has been adjusted to the required height, the height adjustment lock is engaged to the pier cap to support the weight of the foundation through the bracket, to maintain the required height for the service life of the adjustable foundation support, with the ability to readjust the height, should that be required in the future.
REINFORCEMENT DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONSTRUCTING AND REINFORCING THE FOUNDATION OF A STRUCTURE
The present disclosure relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods for use in constructing new structures, including post frame structures. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods for replacing traditional wood and/or precast concrete columns utilized in building a new construction foundation, with a height adjustable foundation column assembly constructed from a corrosion resistant material. The present disclosure also relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods useful for reinforcing existing post frame structures, particularly those with framing elements requiring repair.

LEVELING MAN-HOLE COVER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A leveling man-hole cover system facilitates the top of a man-hole cover being flush with the surrounding surface of a street. The cover rests on a riser and prevents the entry of liquids to the man-hole with the aid of a seal. The riser has threads that attach with the threads of a base to allow for the height adjustment to the lid. The base sits on the top of a preexisting or common ring of a man-hole.
