Mobile segmental rail foundation system
Various examples are provided related to mobile segmental rail foundation systems, and their assembly, deployment and use. In one example, among others, a mobile rail foundation system includes a segmental rail foundation including a plurality of anchor assemblies and at least one sectional spacer rail assembly configured to detachably attach adjacent anchor assemblies to form the segmental rail foundation. The anchor assemblies can be coupled to soil anchor assemblies and/or hold down assemblies to secure the segmental rail foundation in position. The soil anchor assemblies can include helical pile soil anchor assemblies and the hold down assemblies can include forked hold down plate or brackets secured by anchor bolts.

MODULAR SUPPORT FRAME
A modular support frame comprises trusses, purlins transverse to the trusses, and vertical posts supporting the various trusses. A supply of wedges permits flange-type connectors to be joined to complementary connectors throughout the foundation. The trusses are arranged end-to-end in parallel rows, each row comprising at least one pair of trusses or more depending on the desired size of the foundation. Vertical posts are positioned between the ends of each of the trusses within a row and at opposing ends of the row, and each post comprises a pair of flange-type connectors at predetermined heights. Each of the trusses is terminated at either end with a pair of complementary connectors such that adjacent in-line trusses can be mounted to the post between them and the outer pair of trusses can be mounted to the posts terminated the row. Purlins extend perpendicularly between the trusses in adjacent rows to reinforce the frame. To that end, the trusses comprise flange-type connectors and the purlins are terminated at either end with complementary connectors.
MODULAR CONCRETE FOUNDATION
A modular foundation including plurality of prefabricated concrete modules defining an upper layer of modules including at least one internal passage opening onto at least its upper and lower faces, at least one lower layer of modules on which the upper layer at least partially rests, including at least one internal passage opening onto at least one of its sides and onto at least its upper face, this internal passage communicating at the level of the interface between the upper layer and the lower layer(s) with the internal passage of the upper layer in such a manner as to form at least one global internal passage in the foundation opening onto at least one side and onto at least the upper face of the foundation.
FOUNDATION FORMING ARRANGEMENT
A foundation forming arrangement is provided for forming a foundation slab. The foundation forming arrangement includes at least one side forming member for forming a side of the foundation slab. The foundation forming arrangement further includes at least one connector that is configured for coupling the side forming members to either a reinforcing steelwork or a forming pod. The foundation forming arrangement can further include a drain, as well as an insulative panel. The foundation forming arrangement can include a forming pod that is configured for connection to the side forming members. The foundation forming arrangement can include securing arrangements for securing the connectors to the top or the base of a forming pod.
Systems and methods for supporting a structure upon compressible soil
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system for reinforcing compressible soil strata. The system comprises at least one helical rigid-inclusion comprising a elongate body, a top member secured to one end of the elongate body, and at least one lower helically-formed member secured to the end of the elongate body opposite to the top member, and a load transfer platform configured to transfer at least a portion of a load from an overlying surface to the helical rigid-inclusion. Embodiments of the present disclosure also relate to methods of installing the system for reinforcing compressible soil.

RIGID FOAM, CONTINUOUS RAISED FLOOR STRUCTURE WITHOUT WOODEN SUPPORTS
A building sub-floor construction comprising a plurality of elongated beams formed of rigid polymer foam material, wherein the elongated beams comprise similar cross-sectional shapes, and wherein the elongated beams are configured to snuggly engage one another along their lengths to produce a continuous slab.
Semi-finished part for a foundation of a tower construction, semi-finished part foundation segment, foundation, method for producing a semi-finished part and method for producing a foundation
A semi-finished part for a foundation of a tower construction, in particular of a wind turbine tower, comprising at least two semi-finished part foundation segments, which each have an outer delimitation element and a reinforcement, which is connected to the outer delimitation element and comprises struts protruding from the outer delimitation element, wherein: the outer delimitation elements of the semi-finished part foundation segments form an outer edge, which delimits an interior to be later filled curable casting material; and the reinforcements of the semi-finished part foundation segments extend from the outer edge into the interior.
System of engineered post tensioned footing and stem wall foundation blocks
A system of stem wall foundation blocks is a set of reinforced precast, post-tensioned modular footing and stem wall foundation blocks with a unique interconnecting design optimized for both residential and commercial applications that eliminates the need for on-site manufacturing of a foundation mold. The apparatus provides a unique modular foundation design for a variety of applications within construction. A series of wall blocks of different shapes and arrangements interlock, thus enabling users to modify the dimensions of their foundation mold to a desired purpose. Engineered bolts and lapped connections enable the modular wall pieces to securely connect after they have interlocked. This arrangement enables construction workers to move the interlocking blocks into position and then begin pouring concrete inside to lay the foundation. The reinforced precast, post-tension modular footing, and stem wall foundation blocks are less expensive and more efficient for building and constructing residential and commercial foundations.
