FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEM SHAFT COUPLER FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including shafts provided with integrally formed coupler features on their respective distal ends. The coupler features are configured with a non-uniform wall thickness defining a plurality of sections of respectively different diameter to matingly couple the shafts to one another in a torque transmitting relationship. The coupler features may be integrally formed and fabricated on the distal end of each respective shaft.
Modular foundation support systems and methods including shafts with interlocking torque transmitting couplings
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler features wherein a plurality of axially elongated ribs are aligned with a plurality of axially elongated ribs to rotationally interlocke the modular foundation support components to one another.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIFTING BUILDING FOUNDATIONS
A lift bracket system for lifting a building structure such as a foundation and the like comprising a lift plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface for insertion under the building structure; a generally cylindrical housing affixed to the lift plate and extending perpendicularly from the top surface and the bottom surface of the lift plate, the housing defining a generally circular opening through the lift plate, the opening being disposed away from the center of the lift plate; and at least one gusset for supporting the lift plate, the gusset having a first end and a second end, the gusset disposed beneath the lift plate, wherein the first end of the gusset is attached to the bottom surface of the lift plate and the second end of the gusset is attached to the housing.

PIER SUPPORT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a pier support system that provides for efficient and effective stabilization and lifting of foundations and structures. The present invention relates to a one-piece or one-part pier support system that provides for efficient and effective stabilization and lifting of foundations and structures. The present invention relates to methods of using one-piece of one-part pier support systems that are efficient and effective in stabilizing and lifting foundations and structures.
MODULAR FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING SHAFTS WITH INTERLOCKING TORQUE TRANSMITTING COUPLINGS
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler features wherein a plurality of\elongated ribs are aligned with a plurality of elongated grooves to rotationally interlock the modular foundation support components to one another.
HYBRID FIXED/FLOATING MARINE STRUCTURES
A marine structure including a floating deck attached to a damper configured to control the vertical movement of the deck. The damper allows vertical motion of the floating deck in response to gradual changes in water level such as tidal changes, but resists bouncing of the deck in response to shorter term fluctuations in water level such as boat wakes or wind chop.
Pile foundation bearing platform settlement, reinforcement, lift-up and leveling structure, and construction method thereof
Provided are a pile foundation bearing platform settlement, reinforcement, lift-up and leveling structure and a construction method thereof. The structure includes a bearing platform and a plurality of pile foundations, a weak soil reinforcement layer under the bearing platform and a pile tip bearing stratum. The weak soil reinforcement layer forms a plurality of first grouting holes, and the first grouting hole extends through the bearing platform and communicates with the outside. The first grouting hole is used to perform primary grouting in the weak soil reinforcement layer. The pile tip bearing stratum forms a plurality of second grouting holes, and the second grouting hole extends through the weak soil reinforcement layer and the bearing platform, and communicates with the outside. The second grouting hole is used to perform secondary grouting in the pile tip bearing stratum.
Foundation Repair Method
A foundation lifting method includes the steps of cutting an existing concrete pile below the building foundation, inserting two sleeve portions over ends of the cut pile, placing a lifting device, such as a jack, between the ends of the cut pile and jacking vertically within the cut out section, and then fixing the two sleeve portions to reinforce the cut area. The method can be performed simultaneously or consecutively on plural existing concrete piles below the building foundation. The sleeve portion couples the lower pile portion with the upper pile portion to resist vertical and transverse loads. A computerized interface can coordinate the actuation scheme for multiple piles.
Foundation pier system and method of use
A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.
