Bollard Anchor System

An anchor system for anchoring a bollard. Some of the various embodiments of the present disclosure include a base and a rod. The rod is inserted into the ground to secure the rod to the ground. The base is connected to the rod to secure the base to the ground. The bollard is connected to the base to secure the bollard to the ground. Some other embodiments include the base, the rod, and/or a helical member, a nut, a washer, one or more prongs, and one or more set screws.

Bio-inspired deep foundation pile and anchorage system

An expanding anchor and/or pile system wherein an outer shell of the pile/anchor is split lengthwise into at least two pieces and can be placed or driven into a hole in the earth in a retracted state and can subsequently be expanded such that the two or more pieces are forced outwardly—away from one another, thus causing them to exert a lateral force against the sides of the hole and thereby resulting in greater axial load carrying capacity in tension or compression of the anchor/pile.

An anchor chair is configured for transmitting a pulling force from an elongated foundation element to a wall. The anchor chair includes a passage for the elongated foundation element, and a cavity between a first opening located on a first side of the anchor chair, which first side is facing away from the wall in attached state, and a second opening located on an opposite side of the anchor chair, which opposite side is facing the wall in attached state and which opposite side defines in attached state a contact area of the anchor chair to contact the wall. The first opening is a slot-shaped opening having two long sides and two short sides. In an attached state, the long sides of the slot-shaped opening of the anchor chair are oriented parallel to a plane perpendicular to the wall.

RAPID CONSTRUCTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRESTRESSED BASALT FIBER ANCHOR ROD

A rapid construction device for a prestressed basalt fiber anchor rod, includes a sleeve drill rod and a drill bit; the sleeve drill rod includes an inner and an outer cylinders; a middle of the drill bit is connected to a lower end of the inner cylinder, an edge of the drill is connected to a lower end of the outer cylinder, a constraint hole is defined in the middle of the drill bit for allowing a basalt fiber reinforced plastic (BFRP) penetrating therethrough, a magnetic baffle is arranged at a lower end of the constraint hole to shield the constraint hole, and a plurality of through holes are defined in the drill bit; and the BFRP is pushed to push off the magnetic baffle to lower the BFRP to a set position, and then a space between the inner and outer cylinders is grouted.

GROUTING DEVICE FOR HIGH-COAGULABILITY GROUTING MATERIAL

The invention relates to the grouting field, in particular to a grouting device for high-coagulability grouting materials. The grouting device comprises a grouting pipe, a connector and a self-sealing pipe head, wherein one end of the connector is connected with a grouting pump through the grouting pipe, the other end of the connector is connected with the self-sealing pipe head through the grouting pipe, and the grouting pipe is connected with the connector and the self-sealing pipe head in a fixed and sealed mode. The grouting device is easy to install, features reliable connection between the grouting pipe and the connector and the self-sealing pipe head, and can be reused. Because the inner diameter of the connector is consistent with the inner diameter of the grouting pipe, and a slurry outlet on an end cap of the self-sealing pipe head is a circular slurry outlet, pressure loss in the grouting process is effectively reduced, and the grouting effect is good.

Portable mechanically assembled ground fixation stake device

The portable mechanically assembled ground fixation stake device is applied to the engineering of treating land earthwork, water-based desilting, excavating materials, moving, land, underwater heavy objects, civil engineering, harbor, river, lake construction and the like, and is characterized in that the whole device is fixed only by the action of the working tensile force itself. The whole device has six stake columns 2a, 2b, 4a,4b, 9, 1) arranged on the ground, wherein four constituent brackets (2a, 2b, 4a, 4b) are supported on the ground. The top ends of the four supports are mounted on the shaft (6), and a cuboid rigid block (15) is mounted in the middle of the shaft (6). When the system is subjected to pulling force, the cuboid rigid block (15) rotates around the central shaft (6), and due to the opposite movement direction of the two end points of the cuboid rigid block (6), the tension conversion direction of the system forms an inclined downward pressure, so that the protective stake (9) is subjected to pressure at the same time from the pressure rod (7), and due to the fact that the tensile force and the pressure are synchronized, the greater the tension force is also increased, so that the whole device achieves the effect of fixing the stake. The device is light in weight and convenient to carry, and can be mounted and disassembled anywhere.
