The invention relates to a device for precutting a column for a floor. Said device includes a precutting means configured so as to be movable between a rest position and a precutting position.
Internal pile cutter
An assembly to cut a hollow piling has a pressurized hydraulic fluid supply force to cut through a piling; a housing having a cavity to receive the hydraulic fluid, the housing having at least one cylinder wall; at least one piston assembly slidably disposed within the at least one cylinder wall configured to extend from the at least one cylinder wall in response to the introduction of pressurized hydraulic fluid into the housing cavity; a blade attached at a radially distal end of the piston assembly, whereby as the blade extends, a cutting force is applied to an encountered piling wall; wherein the blade edges are stepped/shingled on the upper and lower surface to allow overlapping of the blades when the blades are retracted. Spacers extend to a diameter equal to or beyond a blade tip diameter in its retracted position; and wherein the blade has a piercing point.
Concrete pile cutting assembly
A concrete pile cutting assembly configured for cutting a concrete pile includes a cutting saw portion supported on a collar portion. The collar portion securely engages the concrete pile and mounts the cutting saw portion adjacent the concrete pile at a desired height such that a cutting blade of the cutting saw portion cuts, or severs, the concrete pile at the desired height. The collar portion includes a plurality of collar elements each having a beam, a connecting flange, and a locking fastener. The locking fastener of a first beam engages with a corresponding beam opening of a second beam to connect adjacent collar elements together. Each beam has at least one mounting cylinder and the cutting saw portion includes a post for engaging with one of the mounting cylinders provided on the beams to mount the cutting saw portion onto the collar portion.
TUBULAR CUTTING APPARATUS
An apparatus for cutting off concrete, wooden, and/or metal piles, casing, conductor pipe and other metal tubulars, uses a metal frame and a metal blade linearly moveable within the frame, the blade being hydraulically and/or pneumatically driven to puncture and then slice and split through the metal being cut off, the cutting surface of the blade having a removable, centralized puncture point located essentially at the projected intersection between two concave cutting surfaces.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING, MOBILE WORKING MACHINE, METHOD AND GRIPPING MEMBER
The invention relates to a cutting device (1) of a mobile working machine, for cutting elongated objects (2), in particular piles (2), and for being connected to a mobile working machine, comprising a first gripping member (101) and a second gripping member (102), which gripping members (101,102) are pivotal around the same pivot axis (X), said gripping members (101,102) having gripping faces (101a,102a) delimiting from opposite sides a gripping gap (G) as viewed in direction of said pivot axis (X); and moving means (103) actuatable to move the gripping members (101,102) towards and away from each other; and cutting means (104) including a cutting unit (1040) for cutting an elongated object (2) placed in the gripping gap (G); wherein the gripping face (101a,102a) of each gripping member (101,102) is shaped to have a gripping recess (R) for receiving a side of the elongated object (2) placed in the gripping gap (G), the gripping recess (R) comprising: a bottom point (C0) via which a circle (Y1) passes, which circle (Y1) has said pivot axis (X) as centre; and a first flank portion (Pa) having a profile curved towards the bottom point (C0) from the outer side of the circle (Y1); and a second flank portion (Pb) having a profile curved towards the bottom point (C0) from the inner side of the circle (Y1). The invention also relates to a mobile working machine (200), a method for cutting an elongated object (2) and a gripping member (101,102).
Apparatus and methods for truncating elongated members
A cutting tool for truncating elongated structural members has a frame with a pair of parallel siderails connected at a first end by a support plate and at a second end by a removable end gate, the frame having an open center adapted to receive the structural member therethrough. The truncating is performed by a fixed penetrating cutting edge on an end gate and a driven penetrating blade slidably disposed within the frame to advance towards the end gate. The end gate has two integral penetrating cutting edges pointing in opposite directions. The driven penetrating blade and the fixed penetrating cutting edge may have concave cutting edges relative to one another and configured to be adjacent to one another along the travel of the driven penetrating blade. Alternately, an end gate second cutting edge may be directed to the opening within the frame and have a piercing V-shaped cutting edge.

Pile croppers and methods for cutting piles
An apparatus for cutting a pile having a pair of cutting members having a first cutting member having a first cutting edge and a second cutting member having a second cutting edge. The first and second cutting members are pivotally mounted at separate primary pivot axes and are moveable about the primary pivot axes in order to move the first and second cutting edges with respect to each other between rest and cutting positions.
