Front loader and working machine
A link operating mechanism is provided spanning a bucket and a stand. The link operating mechanism causes, using a swing force of the bucket, a bending/stretching link to bend so that propping and supporting of the bending/stretching link are released.
FRONT LOADER AND WORK MACHINE
A front loader includes a boom, a main frame attached to a vehicle body, and a sub frame supporting the boom. The sub frame is attached to the main frame and configured to be detached from the main frame. The front loader includes a first engaging portion provided on the main frame, a second engaging portion provided on the sub frame and configured to be engaged with the first engaging portion when the sub frame is attached to the main frame, a guide portion provided on the main frame and configured to guide the second engaging portion to be engaged with the first engaging portion, and an opening member provided on the sub frame and provided with an opening portion to which the guide portion is inserted when the second engaging portion is engaged with the first engaging portion.
Front loader
A front loader includes a link operating mechanism spanning a bucket and a stand. The link operating mechanism is configured to cause, using a swing force of the bucket, a bending and stretching link to bend so that propping and supporting of the bending and stretching link are released.
Latching arrangement for coupling a front loader to a work vehicle
A front loader includes a mast, and a mounting bracket that defines a channel configured to receive a mounting frame of a work vehicle. The front loader includes a latch disposed within the channel and pivotally coupled to the mounting bracket, and the latch is pivotable between a first, latched position configured to couple the mast to the mounting frame, and a second, unlatched position. The front loader includes a latching lever disposed within the channel and coupled to the latch. The latching lever is configured to move the latch between the first, latched position and the second, unlatched position based on a position of the mounting frame. The front loader includes an indicator lever coupled to the latch. The indicator lever is movable by the latch to indicate whether the latch is in the first, latched position or the second, unlatched position.
Stand of front loader, front loader, and work vehicle with supporting-time guiding hole
A stand of a front loader includes: a main body that is disposed on a boom and swings between a supporting position in which the main body supports a front loader and a storage position in which the main body is stored; a grounding-member swing shaft that is disposed on the main body and engages with the boom to hold the main body in the storage position; a swinging member swingably disposed on the boom; and an engagement lever disposed on the swinging member, wherein the main body has a guiding hole that guides the engagement lever to regulate a swinging range of the main body.
Front loader
A tractor front loader (10) includes a parking stand device (28) mounted on a front loader arm (12). The parking stand device (28) comprises a parking support (30), which is pivotally attached to the front loader arm (12) and can be pivoted between an operating position (P1) and a parked position (P2), a locking brace (32), which is pivotally attached at one end to the front loader arm (12). Detent elements, which can be brought into engagement with one another, are disposed on the parking brace (30) and on a free end of the locking brace (32), by means of which the parking brace (30) can be snapped into multiple positions supporting the front loader, with the detent elements being formed on a free end of the locking brace (32) and on a locking carriage (58), which is hinged to the locking brace (32).
Front loader and work vehicle equipped with the same
A front loader including: a pair of masts provided to a machine body frame of a work vehicle in a detachable manner; a pair of lifting arms coupled to the masts in a vertically rotatable manner; and a work equipment mounted to the lifting arms. Each lifting arm includes a front lifting arm attached to one of the masts and a rear lifting arm attached to the work equipment, each of the front lifting arm and the rear lifting arm has a hollow, rectangular cross-section. The rear end portion of the front lifting arm is inserted into the front end portion of the rear lifting arm, and is welded. The side plate of the rear lifting arm at a location corresponding to the insertion portion has a protruding portion that extends along the side plate of the front lifting arm, and the protruding portion is welded.
MOUNTABLE VEHICLE IMPLEMENT
A mountable vehicle implement (10) is provided and comprises a mounting region at or towards one end for mounting the implement on a vehicle (20). The implement is height adjustable to adjust the height of the mounting region, and the implement comprises means for adjusting the angle of the mounting region so that it is matched to a cooperating mounting region on a vehicle.
LOADER LATCHING ASSIST METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method and apparatus assists coupling a loader with a work vehicle. A pre-position instruction signal is generated to pre-position the loader in a predetermined orientation to facilitate the coupling. A forward movement instruction signal is generated for initiating movement of the associated work vehicle 1 towards the loader. A coupled confirmation signal representative of the loader being coupled with the associated work vehicle is received. A forward movement pause instruction signal for pausing the movement of the associated work vehicle towards the loader is generated responsive to receiving the coupled confirmation signal. One or more of the pre-position instruction signal, the forward movement instruction signal, and/or the forward movement pause instruction signal may be automated signals delivered to the work vehicle for executing the commands or images rendered on a human readable display unit for instructing an operator actions to take for coupling the loader with the work vehicle.
