Construction machine
A hydraulic excavator includes a computer-aided construction controller for performing machine control to operate a front work implement based on detected results from posture sensors and predetermined conditions. The computer-aided construction controller has a calibration posture storing section that stores at least one predetermined calibration posture of the front work implement for calibrating the posture sensors, and a calibration posture controlling section that carries out the machine control to inactivate the hydraulic actuators if detection target values of the posture sensors in the calibration posture and the detected results from the posture sensors are equal to each other. The time required for calibration can thus be shortened by increasing the operability for adjusting a calibration posture.
HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR DRIVE SYSTEM
A hydraulic excavator drive system includes: a first pump that is connected to a head-side chamber of a boom cylinder by a head-side line and to a rod-side chamber of the boom cylinder by a rod-side line to form a closed circuit; and a second pump that supplies hydraulic oil to at least one of an arm cylinder or a bucket cylinder. The hydraulic excavator drive system further includes a switching valve located on a relay line that connects a supply line extending from the second pump to the rod-side line. The switching valve opens the relay line at a boom raising operation and blocks the relay line except at the boom raising operation.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a controller that performs shift shock reduction control when shift-down switching from a second state to a first state, in which a motor speed can be increased up to a first maximum speed lower than a second maximum speed available in the second state, is performed. The controller includes a first processor configured to, based on a drop amount that is a difference between target and actual numbers of revolutions of a prime mover, compute a first reduction amount for reducing an amount of hydraulic fluid supply from a traveling pump to a traveling motor, a second processor configured to compute a second reduction amount based on a degree of straight traveling of a machine body, and a reduction controller configured to, based on the first or second reduction amount, whichever is larger in absolute value, perform the shift shock reduction control.
Utility loader with high lift loader arms and unifying hand grip for dual traction control levers
A compact utility loader is operated by a standing operator at the rear of a frame. A loader arm assembly comprises a scissors linkage on either side of the frame nesting around the prime mover. Each scissors linkage has an upper loader arm that is pivoted at its rear end to rears ends of a pair of lower loader arms such that the pivot connections to the upper loader arm move upwardly and forwardly relative to the frame during elevation of the loader arm assembly to provide a high lift capability. The frame is self-propelled by a differential drive and steering system that is operated by dual levers. A hand grip extends between and unifies the operation of the levers to permit the operator to more easily move the levers in the ways that are needed to provide either straight motion of the frame or turns of the frame.
One-Handed Joystick For Excavators
A one-handed joystick for excavators allows an operator to make all necessary motions with a single hand and arm for manipulating an excavator tool. The one-handed joystick includes a rotatable cylinder bar, a rotatable ring and an industrial joystick base. The rotatable cylinder bar is grasped with a hand. The industrial base is moved front to back, or right to left. The following are preferable hand/arm motions. A downward hand curl is associated with a bucket digging motion; an upward hand curl is associated with a bucket dump; a forearm forward push is associated with a boom/stick extension; a forearm reward pull is associated with a boom/stick retraction; a left-hand movement is associated with swinging the excavator left; a right-hand movement is associated with swinging the excavator right; a clockwise hand twist is associated with a stick/boom extension; and a counter clockwise hand twist is associated with a stick/boom retraction.
Excavator and method of controlling the same
An attachment is attached to an upper turning body. During a normal operation, a drive means drives the attachment according to an input of an operator to a manipulation device. A sensor detects a motion of an excavator. Based on an output of the sensor, the slip suppression unit detects slip of a traveling body in an extension direction of the attachment and corrects an operation of the attachment performed by the drive means.
Methods, systems, apparatus, and articles of manufacture to control a holographic display of a vehicle
According to one example, a working machine includes a projection arrangement to generate a hologram, wherein the hologram presents a virtual operating element or a virtual display and a movement/position detection arrangement to detect a movement or a position of an operator. The working machine of the example also includes a control unit to control the operation of the working machine based on the detected movement or position of an operator and based on the basis of the hologram generated by the projection arrangement, wherein the projection arrangement is to generate the hologram at different positions or with different content in association with different operating positions to be assumed by an operator on an operator platform or the movement/position detection arrangement is designed to detect the movement or the position of an operator in different operating positions on the operator platform.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes an operator's seat, a seat base supporting the operator's seat, and a slide rail for adjustment of a position of the operator's seat, the slide rail being located between the seat base and the operator's seat, in which the seat base includes a rail mount for attachment of the slide rail, the rail mount having a downward convex curve which is curved to deviate from the slide rail with increasing distance from each of opposite ends of the rail mount in a longitudinal direction of the slide rail and with decreasing distance to a center of the rail mount in the longitudinal direction.
Hydraulic system of construction machine
A hydraulic system of a construction machine includes: control valves interposed between a variable displacement main pump and hydraulic actuators; and first solenoid proportional valves connected to pilot ports of the control valves. The hydraulic system further includes: a regulator that changes a displacement of the main pump; and a second solenoid proportional valve connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line, the second solenoid proportional valve outputting a secondary pressure to the regulator through a secondary pressure line. A switching valve is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the first solenoid proportional valves, and includes a pilot port that is connected to the secondary pressure line by a pilot line.
Remote control device for crane, construction machine, and/or industrial truck
The present invention relates to a remote control device for a crane, a construction machine and/or an industrial truck, comprising a mobile end device in the form of a tablet computer that has a screen having a touch-screen function and at least one input means for inputting control commands in the form of a touch-screen display means, as well as a signal transmission device for transmitting the input control commands to the control apparatus of the crane, of the construction machine and/or of the industrial truck. It is proposed to use the screen of the tablet computer not only to input and display control commands, but also to present actual images and/or desired images of the working environment of the machine so that, on an inputting of control commands via the touchscreen function of the screen, the machine operator can simultaneously monitor the working environment there.
