REMOTE FEATURE ACTIVATION IN POWER MACHINES
Implementations of the present disclosure are generally directed to activating features in power machines. More particularly, implementations of the present disclosure are directed to remote activation of features in power machines. Implementations include, methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for transmitting a request for an initialization indicator for a software package from an initialization system of a power machine comprising hardware physically capable of executing at least one function, the request being transmitted, by a communication link of the initialization system, from a machine controller of the initialization system to a remote system, communicating, by the communication link, the initialization indicator from the remote system to the machine controller, and in response to receiving the initialization indicator: storing, by the machine controller, the initialization indicator, and executing, by the machine controller, the software package to control the at least one function.
DYNAMICALLY TRANSITIONING BETWEEN A FIRST LIFTING MODE AND A SECOND LIFTING MODE
A controller may receive a first input indicating that a machine is performing a lifting operation. The controller may determine that the machine is operating in a first lifting mode associated with a first lifting capacity during the lifting operation. In the first lifting mode, a pressure of a hydraulic pump of the machine is between a first value and a second value that exceeds the first value. The controller may receive sensor data indicating a current value for the pressure, during the lifting operation. The controller may determine that the current value is approaching the second value. The controller may receive a second input indicating that the machine is continuing to perform the lifting operation. The controller may cause, based on the second input, the machine to transition from operating in the first lifting mode to operating in a second lifting mode associated with a second lifting capacity.

METHOD AND SYSTEMS FOR CONTROLLING ELECTRICALLY-POWERED HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS
One embodiment of a hydraulic system for a machine has a first hydraulic circuit including a first pump coupled to a first hydraulic actuator configured to move a first implement of the machine. A second hydraulic circuit includes a second pump coupled to a second hydraulic actuator configured to move a second implement. An electric motor mechanically couples to the first pump and to the second pump. An operator interface receives input from an operator requesting movement of the first and second implements. A controller communicatively coupled to the electric motor and to the operator interface determines, based on the requested movement of the first and second implements respectively, first and second flow allocations respectively for the first and second pumps and determines respective target displacements for the first and second pumps. The controller also determines first and second target electric motor speeds based on the target displacements for the first and second pumps, respectively, and controls the electric motor to operate at the larger of the first and second target electric motor speeds.
MODULATING OPERATOR INPUT FOR WORK ELEMENT ACTUATOR OPERATION
A control system for controlling movement of a work element of a power machine can include a control device, and an operator input device in communication with the control device. The control device can be configured to receive, from the operator input device, a signal for controlling an actuator of the work element. The signal can be filtered, using a digital notch filter, to generate a filtered signal, and an actuator of the work element can be controlled based on the filtered signal.
OPERATING ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR AN OPERATING ELEMENT
An operating element for operating a machine by an operator in which control lines for connecting the control lever with a control unit in at least a paired design is provided. A first wiring harness and a second wiring harness run along the control lever to the receptacle. The first wiring harness runs from a first starting point to the receptacle and the second wiring harness runs from a second starting point to the receptacle. The first starting point and second starting point are arranged at a distance from the receptacle. The first wiring harness at a first connection point is connected to the receptacle, and the second wiring harness at a second connection point is connected to the receptacle. The first and the second connection point are arranged separately from each other on a straight connecting line, and the connecting line runs through a central axis of the control lever.
Electric drive of mobile apparatus
A mobile apparatus includes a main frame, an operating arm connected to the main frame, drive means configured to drive displacing means of the mobile apparatus, such as one or more wheels or tracks, drive means configured to drive the operating arm and a control system, connected to operating instruments for a driver, for controlling the drive means. The drive means for the displacing means includes an electric motor such that the drive of the displacing means is substantially electrical.
Hybrid Construction Machine
A motor-generator (27) is connected mechanically to an engine (21) and a hydraulic pump (23). The hydraulic pump (23) delivers pressurized oil to cylinders (12D) to (12F) in a working mechanism (12), a traveling hydraulic motor (25) and a revolving hydraulic motor (26). The revolving hydraulic motor (26) drives a revolving device (3) in cooperation with a revolving electric motor (33). An HCU (36) reduces outputs of the revolving electric motor (33), the revolving hydraulic motor (26), the boom cylinder (12D) and the like such that a ratio of a revolving speed of an upper revolving structure (4) and a movement speed of raising a boom (12A) is held to a ratio in a normal mode (NMODE) at the time of performing a compound movement of a revolving movement and a boom-raising movement in a low speed mode (LSMODE).
DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM OF OPERATING MACHINE, OPERATING MACHINE INCLUDING DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM, AND DRIVE CONTROL METHOD OF OPERATING MACHINE
A drive control system includes an electric motor, a capacitor, a revolution sensor, a driving device, and a control device. The driving device causes the capacitor to supply electric power to the electric motor to operate the electric motor and causes the capacitor to store the electric power, generated by the electric motor, to brake a turning body. The driving device configured as above is driven by driving electric power supplied from the capacitor. When a charging stop condition is satisfied, the control device stops the driving electric power supplied from the capacitor to the driving device. The charging stop condition is a condition that a turning speed detected by the revolution sensor is a predetermined speed or less while the turning body is decelerating.
Working machine
A base assembly for a working machine. The base assembly comprising a ground engaging structure, an undercarriage connected to the ground engaging structure, and a connector for connecting the undercarriage to a superstructure that mounts a working arm. A drive arrangement is provided for moving the ground engaging structure to propel, in use, the base assembly and a connected superstructure. The drive arrangement includes a prime mover and a transmission and the drive arrangement is housed within the undercarriage. An electronic control unit (ECU) is provided for controlling the drive arrangement and/or the ground engaging structure.
