Hydraulic circuit for construction machine, and hydraulic circuit
Provided is a hydraulic circuit, for a construction machine, which drives an actuator by merging pressure oil from a fixed-volume pump into a center bypass oil path from a variable-volume pump to an oil tank, wherein the flow rate of flow from the fixed-volume pump to the center bypass oil path can be controlled in accordance with a requested flow rate of the actuator. A distribution direction-switching valve, which has a first oil path from a fixed-volume pump to an oil tank and a second oil path from the fixed-volume pump to a first center bypass oil path, has a first signal reception unit which causes a spool to slide in a direction in which the first oil path is formed, and a second signal reception unit which causes a spool to slide in a direction in which the second oil path is formed, and determines a distribution ratio of pressure oil flowing to the first oil path and the second oil path in accordance with the difference in size of the signals received by the first signal reception unit and the second signal reception unit, the first signal reception unit receiving a signal based on a negative control signal.
HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR DRIVE SYSTEM
A hydraulic excavator drive system includes: a first pump that is connected to a head-side chamber of a boom cylinder by a head-side line and to a rod-side chamber of the boom cylinder by a rod-side line to form a closed circuit; and a second pump that supplies hydraulic oil to at least one of an arm cylinder or a bucket cylinder. The hydraulic excavator drive system further includes a switching valve located on a relay line that connects a supply line extending from the second pump to the rod-side line. The switching valve opens the relay line at a boom raising operation and blocks the relay line except at the boom raising operation.
ROTARY CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A confluence control part of a slewing-type construction machine controls a confluence switch valve such that the confluence switch valve is switched to a suspension state when a slewing and boom raising manipulation action is performed. A pump capacity control part of the slewing-type construction machine executes a capacity control when the slewing and boom raising manipulation action is performed, the capacity control including regulating a first pump capacity and a second pump capacity respectively in such a manner that the first pump capacity increases and the second pump capacity decreases as an operating pressure difference resulting from the subtraction of a slewing operating pressure from a boom operating pressure increases, and the first pump capacity decreases and the second pump capacity increases as the operating pressure difference decreases.
Hydraulic control system
To improve operability and work efficiency while achieving reduction of the number of parts and simplification of circuit structure, in a hydraulic control system equipped with hydraulic actuators whose hydraulic power sources are both the first, second hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic control system is provided with the stick directional switching valve; the main-side, sub-side supply oil passages connecting the hydraulic pumps to the stick directional switching valve; and the stick flow rate control valve which is placed in the sub-side supply oil passage, and controls the supply flow rate from the hydraulic pump when the supply flow rate to the stick cylinder requires the supply flow rates from both the hydraulic pumps, wherein the stick directional switching valve is configured such that the discharge flow rate control is performed in the entire area of the spool stroke, and the supply flow rate control is performed at the first region of the former half of the spool stroke, but not performed at the second region of the latter half of the spool stroke.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system of a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output a hydraulic fluid, at least one proportional valve to deliver the hydraulic fluid to a supply target, a valve body including the proportional valve, a heat-up fluid passage in the valve body and into which the hydraulic fluid flows, a switching valve switchable between an open position in which the hydraulic fluid passing through the heat-up fluid passage is supplied to a hydraulic device and a closed position in which the hydraulic fluid is not supplied thereto and the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic device is to be returned, a controller to operate the switching and proportional valves, and a return circuit through which the hydraulic fluid flowing into the heat-up fluid passage is returned as a result of at least one of the switching and proportional valves being operated by the controller.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE FOR WORK MACHINE
A hydraulic drive apparatus includes a flow-path selector valve and a flow-path switching control unit that operates the valve. The flow-path selector valve has a first position for a single operation state and a second position for a combined operation state, configured to, at the first position, form a first flow path connected to a first pump, a second flow path connected to a second pump, and a connecting flow path providing communication between the first flow path and the second flow path. When a driving state of a work actuator is deviated from an allowable range in the combined operation state, the flow-path switching control unit reduces an opening area of the connecting flow path as compared with that when the driving state is within the allowable range.
