Power and Communications Pedestal for Recreational Vehicles
The present disclosure generally relates to a recreational vehicle (RV) pedestal, system, network, and mobile software application. Pedestals may integrate power sources of different power levels for different vehicle load requirements. Pedestals may combine power, electronics, communications connections, and water sources in the same device. The pedestals may be networked so that users may access a mobile application to reserve, pay for, and review pedestals and the RV park.
STUB OUT RETAINER
A stub out retainer is disclosed. The stub out retainer includes a first clamp section having a front end with a first plate half and a first front collar half; a second clamp section having a front end with a second plate half and a second front collar half; and wherein the first and second clamp sections are configured to mate together such that the first plate half and the second plate half define an escutcheon plate, the first front collar half and second front collar half define a cylindrical front collar.
Hydrant mounting bracket
A mounting bracket for a hydrant that is fully concealed by the hydrant head. The mounting bracket is fastened to the structure and includes tabs which engage the hydrant head to tightly secure the hydrant to the structure. The hydrant head includes a structure engaging periphery such that the mounting screws are fully concealed and protected from the environment.
Standpipe freeze protection device
A standpipe freeze-protection device having a frustum shell. The shell has a first end, a second end, an outer surface, and a plurality of drain apertures. The first end has a first surface that substantially closes the first end except for an opening within the first surface. The opening is configured to allow a standpipe to pass through the opening. The second end is opposite the first end and is substantially open. The outer surface extends between the first end and the second end. The plurality of drain apertures are through the outer surface of the shell.
Sillcock for Robust Re-Installation
The present invention pertains to problems associated with the installation of new sillcocks in existing masonry or other building materials. A sillcock, or ‘hose bib’ having broader base plate is provided to prevent collapse especially in older or damaged building materials and to minimize damage to new installations.
FROST FREE LAWN SPRINKLER VALVE ASSEMBLY
A frost-free lawn sprinkler valve assembly comprising a shutoff of the water supply from the outside of a dwelling in which the assembly is located.
Mountable watering assembly
A mountable watering assembly may include a main column member, base, front bracket, spacer bracket, fasteners, a capping assembly, and a back bracket. One or more adjustable spacers may be disposed between the front bracket and the spacer bracket. A tap and a hose may be coupled to the main column member or to a hose assembly disposed within the main column member. The mountable watering assembly may be mounted on a railing system. One or more panels may be coupled to the main column member.
Freeze frame
A freeze frame to protect an outdoor faucet and hose when the outside temperature dips below freezing is disclosed. The frame comprises a first box and a second box. The two boxes are held-together using one or more spring-loaded hinge. The first box has a cavity and a pair of padlock tabs at its upper portion. The second box comprises a cavity and a pair of lock hasps at its lower portion. The cavity of each box forms a hole, which allows the hose to remain connected to the hose bib. The frame further comprises a closed-cell foam gasket with one or more mounting flanges. The gasket is configured to mount the second box to the dwelling wall using one or more fasteners. The first box is configured to cover and secure the water pipe connection surrounded by the second box.
Hydrant enclosure with integral faucet
Provided is an enclosure with an integrated hydrant. The enclosure includes a fluid flow conduit that transfers fluid from a fluid supply tube to a fluid outlet, which may be associated with the backflow preventer. The enclosure has a conduit that carries water from the fluid supply tube to the backflow preventer. Thus, a lower profile, lighter, and more aesthetically pleasing enclosure is provided.
