Portable living structure and assembly
The present invention comprises a self-contained mobile living space that mimics the amenities of an entire residential property in order to affordably house individuals, particularly in urban environments. All living necessities are fused into one micro-living platform, independent of access to existing structures, land space, electricity, or sewage hookups, allowing landowners to rent out space with limited effort. The wheeled foundation allows the assembly to circumvent some of the existing urban building codes. In preferred embodiments, the various elements are configured in such a way that separate areas for sleeping, leisure, bathing, cooking, and gardening can be had atop a single compact space, with the use of exterior space maximized to heighten the sense of spatial availability for the occupant. The invention provides a new alternative for affordable urban housing, exploiting available residential land without the expense, permitting, or effort associated with permanent construction on a non-portable foundation.
Pump with vibration sensor and its production process
This pump includes a computing device, with a vibration waveform analysis section and a memory, the analysis section being designed to control the motor, by comparing a vibration waveform received from the vibration sensor with vibration waveforms saved in the memory.
Method for Operating a Wastewater-Lifting System
A wastewater-lifting system and a method for operating a wastewater-lifting system guides wastewater loaded with bulky materials into a bulky material collection tank having at least one separating screen. During intake of wastewater, the bulky materials are retained in the bulky material collection tank and pre-cleaned wastewater passes into a liquid collection tank via a connection line and one or both of a pump and a bypass line connected to the connection line. During the wastewater intake a pivoting flap in the connection line closes flow to the pump except for a flushing cross section, and opens the bypass line. During a pumping operation, the pivoting flap opens the connection line from the pump and closes the bypass line.
Hybrid trap with water injection
A hybrid flushing system for water free urinals is presented with a housing having a wall portion forming a cavity for receiving a cartridge. The housing also includes a flushing fluid inlet portion for receiving a flushing fluid and a flushing fluid directing portion configured to direct the flushing fluid. A cartridge for installation into a housing is presented, including a cartridge wall, a flushing fluid receiving portion and a flushing fluid directing portion to direct flushing fluid received to any portion to clean areas of the housing, the cartridge, and connected plumbing. Steps for cleaning a hybrid flushing system are presented with an act of directing a flushing fluid into an area, where the area is one of a cartridge for a hybrid flushing system, a housing for a hybrid flushing system, and a plumbing system connected with the hybrid flushing system.
BATHTUB DRAIN SYSTEM WITH CONTROLLABLE THREE-WAY VALVE
Known walk-in bathtubs with doors typically use two dedicated pumps to help quickly empty the bathtub. Because space is limited under such bathtubs, the use of two pumps takes up a lot of the available space and is relatively expensive. According to the invention, there is provided a drain system for use with a walk-in bathtub that only requires one pump. The system includes: a motorized pump; and a controllable three-way valve having: an inlet for receiving fluid; a first outlet operatively connectable to the motorized pump for generating a whirlpool in the bathtub; and a second outlet operatively connectable to the motorized pump for pumping fluid out of the bathtub.
OFF-LINE BYPASS LOOP ARRANGEMENT FOR A WATER RECYCLING DEVICE
The present invention provides a method for measuring one or more parameters in a water flow in a device intended for recycling of water, said method including directing part of the water flow to a liquid-stagnant space where the measuring is performed. The present invention is also directed to a device intended for recycling of water, said device including a flow path for recycled water, a fresh water inlet, a recirculation water inlet and a recirculation water outlet, a user outlet, a heater and a filter, and wherein the device also includes an off-line bypass loop arrangement which includes a liquid-stagnant space and which off-line bypass loop arrangement also includes one or more sensors enabling measuring in the off-line bypass loop arrangement.

Decontamination rinse wastewater management system for use with a shower facility
A decontamination rinse wastewater management system for use with a shower facility has a containment assembly with a first compartment and a second compartment integrally connected together, and a diverter valve having an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet. The first outlet is directed to the first compartment. The inlet of the diverter valve is adapted to receive wastewater from the shower facility. The second outlet of the diverter valve is adapted to be connected to a sewer. The diverter valve is actuatable so as to move to a first position wherein wastewater from the shower facility is directed to the first compartment and to move to a second position wherein wastewater from the shower facility is directed to the sewer. The diverter valve is positioned in the second compartment of the containment assembly.
BUFFER BOX OF A VACUUM DRAINAGE SYSTEM
The invention relates to a buffer box of a vacuum drainage system, which vacuum drainage system comprises the buffer box, which buffer box comprises as an outer frame structure side walls, end walls, a top wall and a bottom wall and which buffer box further comprises at least one inlet and an outlet, a vacuum drainage piping, at least one collection branch connected to the vacuum drainage system and to the outlet of the buffer box, wherein each of the collection branches comprises a suction valve, a pump connected to the vacuum drainage piping and configured to create negative pressure in the vacuum drainage piping. The buffer box comprises at least two compartments, which comprise a main compartment and a suction compartment with a suction outlet. Between the main compartment and the suction compartment a baffle is located. The baffle extends from the top wall towards the bottom wall and is located at a distance from the bottom wall such that a baffle opening is formed between the main compartment and the suction compartment. The baffle is configured to prevent the air on top of the liquid in the main compartment to enter the suction compartment.
