The commode having a catch basin attached to the water reservoir tank at a position above the water reservoir tank water line. A pressurized water line is used to supply fresh water to a nozzle mounted in the catch basin. An actuator allows water to be dispensed through the nozzle for the purposes of moistening toilet paper. The catch basin includes a lower drain hole in fluid communication with the flush tank to drain water therein at a predetermined rate, and an upper opening draining into the flush tank to prevent overflowing of said catch basin.

An air odor removal system with sewage or septic plumbing attachment removes odors from a toilet assembly by having a conduit fluidly coupling ambient environment around the toilet assembly to the inside of a toilet tank and another conduit fluidly coupling the inside of the toilet tank with an air mover, e.g., vacuum, wherein the air mover will remove air within the toilet tank, which typically includes a negative odor, and transfer said air and odor, through another conduit, to a one-way valve of a sewage plumbing conduit, typically referred to as an air admittance valve for discharge.

The clamp spring is coupled to a release button configured to manipulate one or more arms of the clamp spring. A flush water tank apparatus has a reservoir tank, a discharge valve, a discharge valve hydraulic drive portion configured to drive the discharge valve, and a discharge/vacuum break valve device configured to supply the water supplied from the upstream side to the discharge valve hydraulic drive portion on a downstream side. The discharge valve hydraulic drive portion includes a cylinder, and a piston configured to be moved by a pressure of the water flowing into the cylinder to move the discharge valve. The discharge/vacuum break valve device includes a valve body that operates to discharge the water flowing backward from the discharge valve hydraulic drive portion while opening the upstream side to an atmosphere when the supply of the water from the upstream side is stopped.

A toilet having an outlet trapway that is movable during a flushing cycle includes a toilet bowl having an opening adjacent its lower end and a conduit linked to the opening so as to be able to swivel between a first upwardly directed position which forms a trap for the toilet, and a second less upwardly directed position which can be reached during the flushing cycle to facilitate evacuation of the toilet bowl. The toilet further includes an actuator that moves the conduit between the first and second positions during the flushing cycle in response to a condition of a water supply for the toilet. The water supply comprises a water tank, and the condition of the water supply is a level of water in the water tank.
