Flush toilet
A flush toilet includes a toilet main body made of ceramics and a control unit. The toilet main body includes a skirt, and a rear storage that can store at least a part of the control unit, the rear storage includes a supporting wall that divides a storage region into upper and lower regions and that supports the control unit, the skirt forms a double wall including an outer wall and an inner wall, the double wall has at least a part that forms an internal space between the outer wall and the inner wall, and the skirt includes a single wall in which the internal space of the double wall is removed in an upper end above a joining portion between the double wall and the supporting wall.
Antimicrobial Self-Cleaning Toilet
A toilet comprising a rinsing seat, a rimless bowl, and a helical loop trapway is disclosed. An annular cavity for the purpose of storing and dispensing rinse water from the rinsing seat is disclosed. Outlet nozzles arranged about the circumference of the rinsing seat and designed to dispense rinse water at the rimless bowl are disclosed. Rinsing seat supports, hinge assemblies, and seat sensors which offer additional functionality to the rinsing seat are also disclosed. The toilet includes a steep interior surface with a titanium dioxide coating and actuatable ultraviolet light sources. The titanium dioxide has antimicrobial properties in the presence of ultraviolet light to sanitize the toilet. The ultraviolet light source is actuatable to control when the antimicrobial properties of the titanium dioxide coating are activated. The exterior of the toilet is coated with doped titanium dioxide which is antimicrobial in the presence of visible light.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING A CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE FROM HUMAN EXCRETA
The invention relates to a method for removing a chemical substance from human excreta, such as faeces and urine, comprising the following steps of: providing a toilet for a person from whose excreta the chemical substance must be removed; releasably connecting a filtering device to the toilet, wherein the filtering device comprises at least one removable cartridge with a filter; transporting the excreta by means of a transport screw from the toilet toward the filter in the cartridge, wherein pressure is exerted on the excreta by means of a plunger; filtering the chemical substance out of the excreta in situ using the filtering device; periodically replacing the at least one cartridge; and processing the replaced cartridge. The invention also relates to a filtering device for application in this method, and a cartridge for use in such a filtering device.
Water supply mechanism for a bowl rim and a water inlet mechanism
A water supply mechanism for the bowl rim of the toilet is configured to supply water to a bowl of a toilet body of the toilet for flushing, including: an inlet valve assembly communicated with a water source; a water-feeding power unit including a water inlet connected with the inlet valve assembly and a water outlet communicated with the water inlet of the water-feeding power unit; and an outlet pipe connected with the water outlet of the water-feeding power unit and communicated with a water channel at the bowl rim of the toilet body. Compared with the prior art, the toilet body is flushed under sufficient water pressure, so that the toilet body can be made cleaner.
Gravity-fed toilet with quiet siphonic flush
A toilet includes a bowl, a trapway, and a passage. The trapway is fluidly connected to the bowl at a trapway inlet and extends downstream from the bowl. The trapway includes an up-leg and a down-leg extending downstream from the up-leg. The passage is fluidly connected to the trapway downstream from the trapway inlet. The passage is configured to allow ambient air from outside the toilet to pass therethrough toward the trapway.

Washdown flush toilet
The object of the present invention is to provide a washdown flush toilet which can maintain effective waste discharging performance even with a relatively smaller amount of flush water. The present invention is a washdown flush toilet including: a bowl part configured to receive waste, and a water discharge trap conduit connected to a lower portion of the bowl part. The water discharge trap conduit includes: an inlet pipe part whose one end is continuous or connected to the lower portion of the bowl part; a trap ascending pipe part whose one end is continuous or connected to the other end of the inlet pipe part and which forms an ascending flow channel; and a trap descending pipe part whose one end is continuous or connected to the other end of the trap ascending pipe part and which forms a descending flow channel. With regard to a cross section perpendicular to a flow direction of the ascending flow channel, a portion on a downstream side of the ascending flow channel is provided with an enlarged part which has a cross section area larger than that on an upstream side of the ascending flow channel. The enlarged part is enlarged on an upper side of the ascending flow channel. An upstream end of a top surface of the enlarged part is located below a highest reachable position of a bottom surface of the ascending flow channel.
WASTE IDENTIFICATION METHOD, WASTE IDENTIFICATION DEVICE, AND WASTE IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
An excreta identification device includes: a sound data acquisition unit that acquires sound data collected by a microphone arranged in a toilet; an excreta identification unit that identifies which of defecation, urination, and farting has been performed by inputting the acquired sound data to an identification model subjected to machine learning where sound data indicating any of defecation sound, urination sound, and farting sound is an input value, and which of defecation, urination, and farting has been performed is an output value; and an identification result output unit that outputs an identification result.
INSTALLATION TOOL AND METHOD FOR A TOILET
