Freshwater conservation drain system
An assembly for reusing greywater in a building for flushing toilet and other purpose to save the freshwater. The assembly includes a diverter to route a portion of greywater from drainpipes to a feed line. From the feed line, the greywater is collected in a pump tank. The pump tank has a pump that can lift the greywater from the pump tank to a storage tank positioned at a top level in the building, the pump tank is at the lower level in the building. A supply line transports the greywater stored in the storage tanks to the toilet tanks for flushing the toilet bowl.
DUAL CHANNEL RINSE RING SYSTEM FOR TOILET
A rinse ring system for use on a toilet. The rinse ring is a dual channel rinse ring, which allows the toilet to be flushed with either potable water from a fresh water system or with grey water from a grey water source. Other flush fluids are possible for use. The dual channel rinse ring provides separation between entry points for potable water rinse and the grey water rinse, preventing the possibility of contamination of the potable water source with grey water.
HEAT PUMP HUMAN WASHING APPLIANCE
A residential bathtub or shower is combined with a catch drain or basin below and in proximity with the tub or shower in a unitary structure. Most components of a heat pump are located in the catch basin. A hot water tank is outside of the catch basin but located in the immediate vicinity such as at an end of the tub or above the tub or alongside of the tub. The hot tank includes a heat exchanger that is the heat pump condenser, bringing heat to the hot tank for warming household water. Hot water flows from the tank into the tub or shower for bathing and then drains into the catch basin where heat exchangers remove heat before draining or reuse in flushing a toilet.
Indoor Grey Water Purification and Reuse Device, System and Method for Public Buildings
An indoor grey water purification and reuse device, system and method for public buildings is disclosed. The grey water purification and reuse device includes a grey water storage tank, a grey water treatment assembly and a pneumatic reclaimed water tank assembly which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The grey water storage tank is used for storing grey water from one floor above collected by a grey water collecting device. The grey water treatment assembly is used for carrying out multistage purification treatment on the grey water in the grey water storage tank. The pneumatic reclaimed water tank assembly is used for disinfecting reclaimed water subjected to multistage purification treatment and supplying water to reclaimed water reuse facilities on the current floor of the building in a constant-pressure mode.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR POINT OF USE WATER MODIFICATION
A water use management system may be installed in a setting that contains a primary infrastructure for water use to provide an alternate, modular infrastructure for water use. Fresh water used at various points of use, such as a shower or sink, may be modified by a point of use water conditioner. Water may be modified at the point of use based upon pre-configured routines or manual user selections. Treatments performed on the water may include quality treatments, such as modifying the pH or mineral content, and may also include experience treatments, such as the addition of scents, colors, carbonation, or health and beauty supplements. Additives used during treatment are provided in cartridges that may be inserted and removed from the water conditioner. Cartridges may self-identify when inserted, to aid in compatibility and usability determinations and recycling/recertification processes.
Method for water saving by retrofitting an institutional plumbing fixture and plumbing fixture made by such method
Disclosed is a method for water saving by retrofitting an institutional plumbing fixture having a combination of an integral lavatory basin and a toilet bowel integrally attached thereto by inserting into the fixture a urinal-type collection receptacle having a water inlet opening on its top side and a water outlet opening on its bottom side; and fluidly interposing the receptacle via the inlet and outlet openings between the lavatory drain pipe and the drain trap provided for the plumbing fixture. Also disclosed is an institutional plumbing fixture retrofit for water saving, and a retrofit urinal-type receptacle.
Water reuse device for reusing water used in the bathroom as water for toilets with flush valves
A water reuse device for reusing waste water discharged from a bathroom or a kitchen as toilet flushing water, including: a water collecting tank (10); a storage tank (20) receiving the used water stored in the water collecting tank (10) and having a water level sensor (21); a toilet water tank (32) located at a lower level than the storage tank (20) and having a first water level sensor (36) and a second water level sensor (35); a first pipe (22) connecting the storage tank (20) and the toilet water tank (32); a first solenoid valve (40) installed in the first pipe (22); a second pump (38) installed in the toilet water tank (32); a backflow prevention valve (34) provided between the second pipe (33-2) and the third pipe (33-3); and a water shutoff valve (41) provided between a water supply pipe (31) and the water pressure control valve (41-1).
VERTICAL URINE SPRAYING FLUSHING TOILET DEVICE
The front end of a pipe is placed in the air flow zone formed by a compressed air tube, and the back end of the pipe connects to the urine source. When the compressed air passes through the front end of the pipe, a spray is formed that can flush fecal waste. The embodiments in this application also describes an extension pipe that can connect between back end of the pipe and the urine source, which makes flushing of fecal waste easier in straight toilets. This application's embodiments also describes a nozzle for the pipe and a nozzle for the compressed air tube.
VERTICAL URINE FLUSH TOILET DEVICE
A straight toilet device using urine as flushing liquid, comprising: a container; a liquid inlet port connected to container, with a unidirectional valve placed at the inlet; a liquid outlet port connected to container and a raised pipe; a compressed air inlet port connected to container. The urine used for flushing passes through liquid inlet port, entering container. Compressed air enters container from compressed air inlet port. Urine is pressurized, exiting liquid outlet port at high speeds, flushing away solid waste and dirt.
