METHOD FOR INTERCONNECTING FLOOR DRAINS
A method for interconnecting floor drains includes attaching a first elbow fitting to an existing floor drain through an existing floor. A second elbow fitting is attached to a new floor drain that is to extend through a new floor overlying the existing floor. An extension pipe extends between the spaced first and second elbow fittings to create a fluid pathway between the new floor drain and the existing floor drain.
TELESCOPING ADJUSTABLE DRAIN
An adjustable drain having catch basin defining: a pan with a pan seating portion along a pan perimeter surface; and a pan base that slopes downwardly and inwardly from the pan seating portion to a pan aperture for water flowthrough, an inner tube that is integral with the pan aperture having an inner tube peripheral wall that extends into an underside of the catch basin; and a pan lip extending upwardly from the pan perimeter surface to position the cover against the pan, the pan lip and inner tube are unitary with the pan to form a leakproof transition; an outer tube disposed below the pan base, the outer tube having an outer tube top end and an outer tube peripheral wall extending downwardly from the outer tube top end to an outer tube bottom end, wherein the inner and outer tubes are telescoping tubes.
Sump overflow protector
A sump overflow protection system for use in a building having a floor and a drainage field for collecting water from the perimeter of the building. The sump overflow protection system includes a portion of the floor proximal an opening of a sump crock having a first level defining a base and wherein the rest of the bottom floor generally has a second level higher than the first level of the basin surface of the floor and communicates water overflowing the sump crock to an outlet coupled to a building drainage outlet separate from the sump crock and to be located in the basin surface of the floor and spaced a predetermined distance from the sump crock.
Modular drain assembly for pod constructed room
A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.

Drain channel
A drainage installation (20), for a warehouse and/or factory floor that has a surface level (26), has a drainage channel (24) recessed into the floor and a plurality of sections of flat grating (22) seated inside the drainage channel (24). The drainage channel (24) has an axially-elongated, square-U shaped channel portion which is flanked by horizontal shoulders (30), which then transition into vertically-depending skirt portions (32). The horizontal shoulders (30) as well as the sections of flat grating (22) are arranged to be more less planar with the surface level (26). Wherein, the skirt portions (32) are formed with a series of apertures (36) which either allow the injection of wet cement underneath the shoulder portions (30) of the drainage channel (24), or alternately the venting of the wet cement when the cavity under the shoulder portions (30) are over-filled.
Elevator trench drain
A trench drain includes a trench, a grating seat and a grating hingedly connected to the trench. The trench has a base wall with peripheral side walls extending upwardly therefrom and an outwardly-extending peripheral flange. The grating seat is configured to receive the grating. The peripheral side walls of the trench have a pair of opposing elongated slots formed therein and the grating has a pair of posts on opposing ends thereof. Each of the pair of posts on the grating are received in a respective one of the pair of opposing elongated slots of the trench to establish an axis of rotation.
Ligature resistant strainer and drain assembly
A ligature resistant strainer for a drain assembly and connecting to a drain system. The strainer includes a grate and an extension block coupled to the grate. The grate defines a first thickness, and the extension block defines a second thickness that is greater than the first thickness. Portions of the grate cooperate with portions of the extension block to define a plurality of apertures extending through the strainer and inhibiting attachment of a ligature to the strainer.
FLUID TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE
A fluid treatment and disposal system includes a sink, having a basin, a sink drain inlet, and a sink drain trap. An open cavity is disposed behind a rearward wall of the sink basin, between a top portion of the sink and the sink drain trap. A curved transition surface receives fluid entering the sink. Embodiments of the drain are shaped to promote the evacuation of fluid from the basin while limiting turbulence. An exhaust port fluidly coupled with the open cavity evacuates the open cavity and surrounding environment. Embodiments optionally associate one or more of the following with the open cavity: Ultra-Violet (UV) Germicidal Lights, and Ozone water, copper-silver ionization, and/or sanitizing agent injection systems.
