Adjustable floor drain and method of installation
A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface. A rotational orientation of the angled top surface of the shim relative to the shank and a rotational orientation of the angled bottom surface of the frame relative to the shank may be independently adjustable, thereby allowing for the top surface of the frame to be both angularly and rotationally adjusted relative to a central axis of the drain assembly independent of the positional height of the shank. The drain assembly may further comprise a cover having bendable tabs. The bendable tabs may be disposed around a periphery of the cover and may be configured to contact an angled inner surface of an upper bowl of the shroud, such that the bendable tabs bend around the frame, thereby locking the cover onto the frame.
Through-floor combination tub and surface drain
A through-floor combination tub and surface drain includes an exterior tube having a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end of the exterior tube is to connect to a sewer pipe. The top end of the exterior tube has one or more openings to provide a floor drain. The drain also includes an interior tube situated within the exterior tube. The interior tube has a top end to receive a drain pipe and a bottom end that opens into a cavity within the exterior tube that extends from the top end of the exterior tube to the bottom end of the exterior tube. The drain further includes a flange, extending outward radially from the exterior tube, to connect to a substrate of a floor.
FLOW GUIDE ASSEMBLY AND WATER SEAL FLOOR DRAIN
The present application relates to the technical field of a bathroom equipment, and particularly to a flow guide assembly and water seal floor drain. The water seal floor drain includes a floor drain seat, a floor drain cover, a fixing body, a water seal body assembly, a lifting rod and a sealing cover, in which an upper end of the lifting rod is slidably connected to the water seal body assembly, and an upper end of the sealing cover is rotationally connected at a center to the lifting rod. The flow guide assembly further includes a guide component provided at a side of the sealing cover departing from the lifting rod. A lower surface of the guide component acts as a second guide surface, and is configured to bulge downward. In addition, the present application relates to a flow guide assembly for guiding the flow of a fluid.
TILEABLE MODULAR FLOOR SYSTEM AND DRAIN
Modular floor drain systems that include symmetric substrate segments each having outwardly extending flanges for overlapping an adjacent edge of the other substrate segment. The system also includes a drain segment connected to the two or more symmetric substrate segments via at least one of the outwardly extending flanges. The symmetric substrate segments have identical configurations enabling interchangeable use thereof and complementary mating for ease of installation of the modular floor drain system. The substrate segments may have hinges for bending the symmetric substrate segment to allow for folding thereof.
STRUCTURAL DRAIN TRAP FOR PREVENTING SPREAD OF PATHOGENS BETWEEN FLOORS
Disclosed herein is a structural drain trap for preventing spread of pathogens between floors, which has an improved structure in which it includes a cover and an outer chamber that are easily coupled to and decoupled from each other and provides a drain line configured to have a double structure at inner and outer portions thereof. Therefore, it is possible to prevent pathogens such as Coronavirus as well as odors or pests from flowing backward as much as possible, and thus to prevent pathogens from spreading through the gap between the floors of buildings such as apartments.
MALODOR REFLUX BLOCKING UNIT USING CARDIAC VALVE PRINCIPLE AND MALODOR REFLUX BLOCKING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A malodor reflux blocking unit using the cardiac valve principle, includes a space providing portion inserted into the drain pipe through the drain hole and configured to provide a drain space for the drainage, blocking portions which are, in a non-draining state, disposed to face each other and configured to block communication between the drain pipe and the drain space due to a water film phenomenon which occurs due to drainage water being present between the blocking portions, and intermediate portions configured to mediate connection between the blocking portions and the space providing portion.
FLOOR DRAIN/CLEANOUT PROTECTOR
Certain embodiments provide a method of installing a floor drain/cleanout. The method generally includes positioning a drain/cleanout body comprising a first opening for receiving a finish drain/cleanout, disposing, on the drain/cleanout body, a cover base of a drain/cleanout cover assembly comprising a second opening for receiving the finish drain/cleanout, threading the finish drain/cleanout through the first opening and the second opening to retain the cover base on the drain/cleanout body, engaging an upper portion of the drain/cleanout cover assembly with the cover base of the drain/cleanout cover assembly, wherein engaging the upper portion with the cover base defines an enclosed void space above the finish drain/cleanout, installing a flooring material around at least the upper portion; removing the upper portion of the drain/cleanout cover assembly from the cover base of the drain/cleanout cover assembly to expose the void space, and positioning the finish drain/cleanout at a desired height.
Drains and methods for providing a centered drain opening without moving a drain outlet
A linear drain for providing a centered drain opening without moving a drain outlet is disclosed. The linear drain includes an ingress assembly defining at least one ingress opening. An egress assembly defines a channel configured to covey liquid to an egress opening. The egress opening is offset from a channel midpoint of the channel and is configured to be in communication with the drain outlet. An attaching element connects the ingress assembly with the egress assembly. The attaching element is configured such that an ingress assembly midpoint of the ingress assembly is configured to be positioned in a plurality of different final locations relative to the egress opening when the centered drain is in a fully assembled configuration.
Ligature Mitigation Drain
A ligature mitigation drain apparatus and method is disclosed which comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, and a termination ring. The outer ring surrounds the inner ring, and the inner ring surrounds the termination ring. The outer ring further comprises at least two extensions extending toward and touching the inside ring and the inner ring further comprises at least two extensions extending toward and touching the termination ring.
