MODULAR DRAIN ASSEMBLY FOR POD CONSTRUCTED ROOM
A modular room includes a floor having an upper surface, and a lower surface. The floor defines a floor height between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the floor defines a through aperture. At least three walls have a lower end connected to the floor and an upper end extend away from the floor, a ceiling is connected to the upper end of the walls, and a drain body is positioned in the floor aperture. The drain body has an upper surface and a lower surface and defines a drain body height between the upper and lower surfaces. The drain body height is less than the floor height, such that the drain body does not extend above the upper surface of the floor or below the lower surface of the flow while the drain body is positioned in the aperture in the floor.
Surface mount with limits to four degrees of freedom.
A flanged pipe is mounted to a perforated fixed plate by limiting movement of the pipe in three mutually perpendicular axes, and rotationally around the plate axis. The mount consists of a plate and a flanged pipe. The pipe exterior is decorated with ribs parallel to the pipe axis. Each rib bears a microclip positioned to allow the plate to rest between the pipe rib microclips and the underside of the pipe flange. The perimeter of the plate perforation bears cutaways. Inserting the pipe through the perforation of the fixed plate engages the ribs with the cutaways to limit rotational movement. Movement in the plane perpendicular to the plate axis is limited by complementary diameters of the plate perforation and the pipe. Engagement of the flange on the plate limits movement of the flanged pipe through the plate perforation. Pipe retraction is limited by microclips.
Floor drain for draining water from a walk-in floor into a sewage pipe
The present invention relates to a floor drain for draining water from a walk-in floor into a waste water pipe, with an inlet channel socket, a first receiving body for the inlet channel socket, a second receiving body for the first receiving body and a drain housing following the second receiving body in the water drainage direction, which is preferably designed as an odor trap, wherein the first receiving body has a bowl-shaped section, to the outer edge of which a flexible sealing mat is connected in a liquid-tight manner and the bottom of which passes into a first drain connection piece which can be inserted into the second receiving body, wherein the second receiving body has a bowl-shaped section on which an outwardly projecting flange is integrally formed or attached, and wherein the bowl-shaped section of the second receiving body passes into a second drain connection piece.
Through-floor combination tub and surface drain
A through-floor combination tub and surface drain includes an exterior tube having a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end of the exterior tube is to connect to a sewer pipe. The top end of the exterior tube has one or more openings to provide a floor drain. The drain also includes an interior tube situated within the exterior tube. The interior tube has a top end to receive a drain pipe and a bottom end that opens into a cavity within the exterior tube that extends from the top end of the exterior tube to the bottom end of the exterior tube. The drain further includes a flange, extending outward radially from the exterior tube, to connect to a substrate of a floor.
MODULAR DRAIN ASSEMBLY FOR POD CONSTRUCTED ROOM
A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.
Shower drain with a clamping collar
Embodiments of a drain comprise three primary components that can be provided in a preassembled configuration: a drain body, which includes an integral upper flange; a lower clamping collar that forms a lower flange; and a waterproof membrane that is fixedly sandwiched between the upper and lower flanges and extends outwardly therefrom. The drain is further characterized through the use of a plurality of fins that extend into the cylindrical interior of the drain body's throat and act to position and hold a drain cover assembly in place replacing the use of threads that are common in the prior art.
Drain Assemblies, And Related Kits And Methods
A drain assembly includes a drain body, barrel, plug, and gasket. The drain body has an interior surface defining a channel along an axis and having interior threads thereon. The barrel has a central body having an upper end, with a flange extending radially outward therefrom and defining a landing surface. The central body has opposed exterior and interior barrel surfaces having exterior and interior threads, respectively. The interior barrel surface defines a channel alignable with the axis. The exterior threads are engageable with the drain body interior threads for axially adjusting the barrel relative to the drain body. The plug has a top wall and an outer body extending axially downward therefrom to a stop surface. A portion of the outer body extends axially below the stop surface and has external threads engageable with the barrel interior threads. The gasket is sealingly receivable between the stop and landing surfaces.
Drain adapter device
Described herein are embodiments of a drain adapter device configured as a low-profile drain that provides a dry seal between a drain base and an installed floor drain. The low-profile drain is configured to receive threaded drain gates or strainers. In some embodiments, the drain adapter device provides a low-profile drain system that includes universal receiving features configured to engage with strainers, drain gates, caps, and the like.
Flat drain for showers
A flat shower is a drainage fitting for the evacuation of surface and weeping water arising from showering on a tiled surface, where the tiling installation method is thinset, that is, where the tiles are adhered directly to membrane placed on top of a sloping medium such as mortar or foam installed directly to the subfloor. The height of such tile installations being minimal, a novel, minimal height flat drain assembly comprised of angle bar at the shower wall or flat bar in the midst of the flat tile floor, and said bar(s) then made contiguous with a floor drain membrane, is described.
Shower drain
A drain (1) is described for mounting in a floor (V), comprising: a collecting container (10) with a bottom (11) and standing side walls (12) which at their upper end are provided with a flange (13) directed outwards; and a covering frame (200) for covering side edges of tiles (T) of this floor. The frame is kept at the correct height by means of a temporary positioning aid (100), to be subsequently attached to said tiles (T) by means of glue or kit (210). After that, the positioning aid (100) is removed.
