A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.
REMOVABLE AND RE-ATTACHABLE ROOF SYSTEM FOR MODULAR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
The present disclosure describes a residential dwelling unit designed for vertical expansion by way of a removable and re-attachable roof system. By removing certain components of the original dwelling unit's roof, that same structure can be converted into the floor of a subsequent vertical addition. Specific components that were removed from the original roof are then re-attached on top of the vertical addition.
SELF-INTERLOCKING BLOCKS FOR HABITABLE STRUCTURES
Disclosed herein is a non-permanent habitable structure that includes a first wall at least partially covered by a first plurality of self-interlocking reclosable fasteners, each self-interlocking reclosable fastener having a flexible stem extending to a round head. Further included is a second wall at least partially covered by a second plurality of the self-interlocking reclosable fasteners. The second wall is detachably connected to the first wall by interconnecting at least a portion of the first plurality of the self-interlocking reclosable fasteners and the second plurality of the self-interlocking reclosable fasteners. A roof is detachably connected to each of the first wall and the second wall. A method of erecting a non-permanent structure is further disclosed.
UNIQUE 11-DEVICE-IN-ONE SYSTEM COMPRISING 360-DEGREE-ROTATABLE ROLLABLE PORTABLE LOCKABLE COLLAPSIBLE EXPANDABLE CARPORT, GREEN HOUSE, GAZEBO, STORAGE, ATTIC, AWNINGS, TENT, WORKSHOP, OUTDOOR TABLES, BOOTH, AND RV PORT
An 11-device-in-one system (which can be used as 360-degree-rotatable rollable portable lockable collapsible expandable carport, green house, gazebo, storage, attic, awnings, tent, workshop, outdoor tables, booth, and RV port) comprises: round bars; square bars releaseably attached to the round bars; 360-degree rotatable lockable wheels rotatably attached to the round bars; canvas roof panels; canvas side panels; canvas end panels; canvas gap-covering panels; panel-lifting Velcros sewn to the side and gap-covering panels; panel-sealing zippers sewn to the end panels (for forming doors); panel-sealing grommets attached to the roof, side, and end panels; bungee cords and balls inserted through the grommets (for attaching the roof, side, and end panels together); first telescopic arms foldably and releaseably attached to the round bars; second telescopic arms foldably attached to the first telescopic arms; feet welded to the second telescopic arms (for attaching to each other over the roof panels to form the frames for booth signs); and toes welded to the round bars (for releaseably locking the feet thereon to form the frames for awnings and tables).
CONTIGUOUS UNI-BODY INSULATED HUNTING BLIND OR OUTDOOR SHELTER
A contiguous uni-body insulated hunting blind or outdoor shelter is disclosed herein. In an embodiment, the shelter is comprised of a main body element having a floor portion and a top portion. The main body element is formed as a single component having an outside layer, a middle layer, and an inner layer. The top portion provides an enclosure for all sides and a top covering. The top portion is also comprised of at least one opening portion and a door opening portion for installing a door for entering and exiting the structure. In embodiments, the top portion is comprised of a top wall, a front wall, a back wall, a left wall, and a right wall with at least one opening portion. In embodiments, the top portion is comprised of one opening portion on each wall except the top wall. In embodiments, the opening portions are configured with windows.
Modular platform system and method of assembly
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.
Modular frame and structure system
A modular frame and structure system and method includes a framework and a cover coupled to the framework and configured to provide a desired structure. The framework includes a plurality of elongated frame members, and a plurality of coupling members for coupling the elongated frame members. One or more of the coupling members includes a releasable connecting device having a connecting mode for connecting the coupling members to the frame members and form the framework, the releasable connecting device having a release mode for disconnecting the elongated frame members from the coupling members. The cover includes one or more interlocking wall panels configured to engage and be supported by the elongated frame members, and one or more interlocking roof panels configured to engage and be supported by the elongated frame members.
MODULAR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
A construction assembly for a prefabricated building, comprises horizontal elements and vertical elements as well as assembly elements. The horizontal, vertical and assembly elements are formed by a first panel forming one of the longitudinal faces, a second panel forming a structuring layer on the opposite longitudinal face, and an insulating layer disposed between the longitudinal faces. The thickness U of the vertical elements corresponds to the cross-section of the assembly elements, the length of the vertical elements is a multiple of U, and at least some of the assembly elements further comprise fluid pipes and/or electrical cabling.
Plastic wall panel with edge reinforcement
The present invention relates to a modular building structure that can be used for storage in a yard or the like. It comprises a plurality of sidewall panels and roofing panels. At least some of the sidewall panels have a pair of opposing marginal edges with adjacent marginal edges being provided with flanges that can overlap one another. At least one of the marginal edges has a reinforcing channel secured to a bead portion thereof and extending along a substantial portion of the length of the bead edge.
STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM EMPLOYING ARCHITECTURAL MODELING
A method for providing a structure is provided. The method includes determining a set of building requirements applicable to the structure, establishing an architectural plan for the structure using a computing device including establishing on a grid sets of modularized structural and nonstructural walls, establishing doors and windows, and establishing locations for plumbing fixtures such that plumbing fixtures are placed in positions avoiding conflict with structural elements in the set of modularized structural walls. The design also calls for dividing the architectural plan into a series of component parts transportable from a remote location to a property, thereby producing a modularized architectural plan and comparing at least one of the architectural plan and modularized architectural plan to the set of building requirements and assessing whether at least one plan aspect fails to satisfy the set of building requirements.
