Foldable brick with rope attachments and detachable wall building system
The invention is about a modular foldable brick that enables architectural elements such as stacked walls, arches, corners, doors, windows and wall niches to be constructed at indoor and outdoor conditions that divides, restricts and secures a certain space; Due to the possibility of folding the storing and carrying of this brick is possible at a minimum weight. The brick is connectable within itself and also attachable to others for constructing architectural elements as wall building systems. The foldable brick provides a foldable brick body that forms the outer walls and an inner wall being formed with three techniques; connecting/fixing (A-B groups)/encircling (C group). All three techniques are related to the forming of the detachable wall building system's entity unit foldable and sustainable brick. All these three techniques are used simultaneously.

PRECAST HOLLOW BLOCK WALL SYSTEM AND FORMS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
What is provided is a precast hollow block, a precast wall system incorporating the precast hollow block, and forms for manufacturing a hollow block and a coping cap. Accordingly, the precast hollow block and its incorporation into a precast wall system provide solutions to current “level up” block coping techniques, wall flood protection, wall force protection, and the like. Instead of having mismatched or missing face textures on sloped portions of the wall, the precast wall system allows for easier installation of face-textured blocks directly at the top of the wall. As a result, the precast wall system may readily account for slope transitions of a wall, conform to specific Department of Transportation project requirements, accommodate existing wall construction specifications, and be easily customizable for a variety of applications.
MONOLITHIC RETAINING WALL
An apparatus includes a monolithic retaining wall formed by combinable modular retaining wall blocks. Each of the combinable modular retaining wall blocks defines (A) vertical grooves extending along a vertical direction, and (B) horizontal grooves extending along a horizontal direction. This is done in such a way that the monolithic retaining wall, which is formed by the combinable modular retaining wall blocks, defines (A) spaced-apart instances of the vertical channels extending vertically through the monolithic retaining wall, and (B) spaced-apart instances of the horizontal channels extending horizontally through the monolithic retaining wall, in which at least some of the spaced-apart instances of the horizontal channels intersect at least some of the spaced-apart instances of the vertical channels.

CONCRETE WALL FRAME ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A concrete wall frame assembly and a method of manufacturing same is disclosed. The assembly includes two generally parallel metal plates and at least one rod extending between a first end and a second end. A first end of the rod is passed through a hole in the second plate toward the first plate until the first end engages a continuous inner surface of the first plate. The second end of the rod protrudes through the hole and extends past an outer surface of the second plate. A stud welder is connected to the either the second, protruding end of the rod, or connected to the rod between the two metal plates to stud weld the first rod end to the inner surface of the first plate. The second end of the rod is then arc welded to the second metal plate at the outer surface.

Interlocking construction block
An interlocking construction block having a predefined finish, suitable for the construction of buildings and featuring elements that allow the passage of pipes, ducts or iron rods inside it, enabling construction to be carried out more efficiently, with the consequent reduction in labor and material requirements.

Element for thermal insulation
An element for thermal insulation between two building parts, including an insulating body to be arranged between the two building parts and reinforcement elements in the form of at least tensile elements, extending in the installed state of the element essentially horizontally and perpendicularly to the essentially horizontal extension of the insulating body through said body, and respectively projecting in the horizontal direction from the insulating body and here allowing a connection to one of the two building parts preferably made from concrete. The tensile reinforcement elements are formed as multi-part composite elements such that at least in the area of the insulating body they exhibit a central section projecting from the insulating body and at least partially being made from fiber-reinforced synthetic material. The tensile reinforcement elements have in an area outside the insulating body at least one anchoring section with geometric and/or material characteristics at least partially deviating from the central section, with the anchoring section being connected to the central section in a connection area. The connection area is arranged distanced from the insulating body. The central section is made from a cylindrical rod-shaped and/or tubular material and is provided on its radial exterior, at least in an area between the insulating body and the connection area, with an essentially smooth wall.
