WALL PANEL FRAMING SYSTEM
Structures used for dividing, supporting, disguising and/or cladding, for example, modular wall panel systems can include frame members that can include or be in the form of a rail having a panel engaging portion with a generally planar mounting surface configured to accept at least one fastener, the panel engaging portion including first and second lateral sides on opposite sides of the generally planar mounting surface. First and second channels can include side walls extending generally parallel to the generally planar mounting surface, the first and second channels facing away from each other.
Wall panel fastening systems and methods
The disclosure provides systems and methods for fastening wall and ceiling panels, such as drywall sheets, to framing members. The back side of the panels comprise a first touch fastening component of a touch or hook and loop fastening system configured to removably couple with a second touch fastening component of the fastening system. The second touch fastening component is provided on an outer surface of framing members that are configured to physically support the panels. The second touch fastening component may be coupled to a framing member, or may formed integral by the framing member. Some framing members may comprise a stud/joist, a c-channel, a fixed furring strip or an adjustable furring. The disclosed systems and methods may form walls, ceiling, partitions and the like.
Quick assemble wall system, and related methods
A wall panel for a quick assemble wall system may include a first upright post and a second upright post. The wall panel may also include a lower stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post and an upper stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post. The wall panel may include at least one frame for placement within the first vertical post, the second vertical post, the lower stretcher, and the upper stretcher. The wall panel may include a first retractable latch located on the at least one frame, the first retractable latch adapted to engage at least one of the first upright post, second upright post, lower stretcher, or upper stretcher. A frame for a quick assemble wall system and a method of assembling a quick assemble wall system are also described.
QUICK ASSEMBLE WALL SYSTEM, AND RELATED METHODS
A wall panel includes a first upright post, a second upright post, an upper stretcher connecting the first upright post to the second upright post, a lower stretcher connecting the first upright post to the second upright post, and a frame having an extrusion profile, wherein the extrusion profile is configured to couple the frame to the wall panel frame. A wall panel assembly includes a plurality of the wall panels.
Construction panel assembly and construction method using same
Provided is a construction panel assembly, which is applicable to a detachable method capable of assembling and disassembling a ceiling, a wall or a floor material which partitions spaces of various kinds of buildings. Also, the construction panel assembly allows materials to be reused, so that the generation of construction waste may be minimized. The construction panel assembly includes: a main frame disposed in a mutually opposed arrangement on a wall surface at a predetermined position determined according to design specifications; an auxiliary frame inserted into the main frame to define a structure; a flat panel mounted on the structure to partition a space; and a finishing member for shielding a connection portion of the main frame and the auxiliary frame. Since the construction panel assembly may be constructed by using a main frame and an auxiliary frame, which define a structure, such that a panel formed of a material such as plate glass, a gypsum board, plywood and steel may be freely attached and detached, the materials may be reused and accordingly, the generation of the construction waste may also be minimized unlike typical techniques.
GLASS AND SOLID WALL PANEL SYSTEM
A wall system includes a panel having a lower end, a panel assembly having an upper end, and a transition beam positioned between the panel and the panel assembly. The transition beam couples to the upper end of the panel assembly, and the transition beam defines a channel that receives the lower end of the panel to thereby couple the transition beam to the panel. The panel assembly includes a cladding panel having a rail projection, and the transition beam defines an engagement channel that receives the rail projection such that the cladding panel couples to the transition beam.
MODULAR WALL SYSTEM HAVING THIN WALLS
A pre-fabricated wall system can include a first thin wall module and a second thin wall module. The two thin wall modules have a depth defined by a distance from a front surface of each thin wall module to aback surface of each thin wall module. The pre-fabricated wall system can further include a vertical connection post that has a first connection interface on a first side configured to secure to the first thin wall module. The first connection interface can include a first channel. The vertical connection post can also include a second connection interface on a second side opposite the first side configured to secure to the second thin wall module. The second connection interface can include a second channel. The two thin wall modules can be parallel or co-planar to one another when the two thin wall modules are secured to the vertical connection post.
Prefabricated wall system and method
A system for installing prefabricated wall panels in a building includes a lower sill plate adapted to be fastened to a foundation, an upper sill plate fastened to a bottom of the prefabricated wall panel and adapted to be inserted within the lower sill plate, and a plurality of openings in the upper sill plate. The openings are adapted to allow grout to be inserted between the upper sill plate and the lower sill plate after the upper sill plate is inserted within the lower sill plate.
PIPE MOUNT
A pipe mount for connecting pipe sections is disclosed. The pipe mount comprises a sliding member movably attached to a plumbing arrangement element. The sliding member extends in the vertical direction of the plumbing arrangement element, and it is vertically movable between an extreme position and a second position. The pipe mount further comprises at least one pipe bracket for securing the pipe sections onto the sliding member. A system and a method for connecting pipe sections are also disclosed.
Modular wall system
A wall panel of a moveable and demountable frameless wall panel system that is secured between a floor of a room and a ceiling rail secured to a ceiling of the room. The wall panel includes a frameless panel, an upper clamp assembly, a ceiling track configured to be removably inserted into the ceiling rail, a lower clamp assembly, a first height adjustment mechanism secured to the lower clamp assembly, a second height adjustment mechanism, and a bottom floor channel receiving the first height and second height adjustment mechanisms.
