Connection structure, concrete-encased concrete-filled steel tube column and construction method
The present invention discloses a concrete-encased concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) column connection structure, a concrete-encased CFST column comprising such a connection structure, and a construction method for constructing such a concrete-encased CFST column, in the technical field of connection of concrete-encased CFST columns. Exposed steel tubes at the connection ends of two split concrete-encased CFST columns are connected through a core positioning sleeve of a concrete-encased CFST column connection structure. Exposed longitudinal bars of the two split concrete-encased CFST columns are connected through longitudinal bar sleeves of the concrete-encased CFST column connection structure. A space between the two split concrete-encased CFST columns is sealed by an external sealing sleeve of the concrete-encased CFST column connection structure; and the space in the external sealing sleeve and around the first and second exposed steel tubes is filled with a concrete slurry.
RECTANGULAR EXTRUSION CONNECTOR
The coupler adaptor mounts on a rectangular extrusion vertical end to allow one or more accessory connections to be affixed to the vertical rectangular extrusion. A further object is to allow multiple horizontal rods to be mounted in parallel from a single vertical rectangular extrusion. The coupler adaptor clamps onto the vertically configured rectangular extrusion via a stable clamp and a slidable clamp. The slidable clamp and the stable clamp are pulled together along the length of the coupler adaptor body via the screw tightener. The channel openings and the channel walls are mated with the grooves on the rectangular extrusion creating a clamped, friction mating with the rectangular extrusion such that the coupler adaptor is securely fastened to the rectangular extrusion.
BOLT CALIBRATED ANGLE MAINSTAY WALL CONNECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE
The present invention provides a system which allows users to mount multiple pieces of equipment to a tower and it has the unique capability to adjust a steel frame to level without additional equipment. In accordance with a first preferred embodiment, the present invention includes a duel locking system that includes a taper adjusting bolt to adjustably position the frame level with the earth. According to still further aspects of the present invention, the present invention further includes attachable wall section elements which include at least upper and lower lateral spanning elements having first and securing weldments which preferably may integrally connect to the adjustable frame elements of the present invention. According to still further aspects of the present invention, the present invention preferably further includes upper and lower weldment connecting plates which are preferably connected to and extend from the upper and lower lateral spanning elements.
TRIPARTITE TELESCOPING TENSION ROD ASSEMBLY
A tripartite tension rod assembly, including a first vertical telescoping tension rod, the first tension rod having a first spring loaded endcap and a second non-spring-loaded foot, the first tension rod having a first longitudinal axis; a second vertical telescoping tension rod, the second tension rod having a first spring loaded endcap and a second non-spring-loaded foot, the second tension rod having a second longitudinal axis; a first arcuate bracket arranged to be fixedly secured to the first vertical tension rod; a second arcuate bracket arranged to be fixedly secured to the second vertical tension rod; and, a horizontal telescoping rod extending between the first and second arcuate brackets, the horizontal rod having a third longitudinal axis which, when assembled, is substantially perpendicular to the first and second longitudinal axes.
Ledger Connector
A connection and a method of making a connection between an outer member and one or more inner structural members of a structure such as a building, the connection having a compression strut having an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion being supported by one of the one or more inner structural members, the outer portion being in contact with the outer member, a connector plate engaging the compression strut and the outer member and one or more tension fasteners attaching the connector plate to one or more of the one or more inner structural members.
JOINT STRUCTURE FOR H-BEAM
An H-beam joint structure for joining ends of H-beam steel materials adjacent to each other. The steel materials have a flange and a web. The joint structure includes: a transmission plate arranged parallel to a front surface of the web on at least one side of the web of the H-beam and the steel material, and welded to a back surface of the flange; and a coupling plate provided in close contact with the transmission plate to connect the H-beam and the steel material. A web of the H-beam, the web of the steel material and the transmission plate are bolted via the coupling plate. As a result, there is provided an H-beam joint structure which has a joining strength equivalent to a conventional joint structure for an H-beam, and also which can easily be constructed to have less parts and make front surfaces of the flanges flat.
Adjustable foundation support system
An extension support member includes a bracket or web having a first planar portion or leg, a second planar portion or leg, an acute, concave angle between the first planar portion or leg and the second planar portion or leg, and a bend or backbone joining the first planar portion or leg to the second planar portion or leg. The extension support member also includes is a first mounting portion or tab joined to the second planar portion or leg via the bend or backbone at a first, convex obtuse angle and a second mounting portion or tab joined to the first planar portion or leg via the bend or backbone at a second obtuse, convex angle. The first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are located at opposite ends of the bracket or web.
Reinforcing hardware for wooden housing
Reinforcing hardware for wooden housing is configured by: a strap nut that has a screw portion and a strap portion; a bolt that has a first screw portion that is screwed into the screw portion of the strap nut and a second screw portion on a side opposite the first screw portion; and a nut member that screws onto the second screw portion. A tool engaging portion into which a tip end portion of a tool is able to be inserted and by which the bolt is able to be rotated is formed on at least an end surface on the first screw portion side, and the second screw portion is formed as a screw that turns in a direction opposite the first screw portion.
