A masonry block set is disclosed that includes a first block having a first rectangular body and a first rectangular protrusion from a front face of the first rectangular body. A second block has a second rectangular body and a second rectangular protrusion from a front face of the second rectangular body. The first block and the second block can be combined to form a nested block pair where a front face of the first rectangular protrusion abuts the front face of the second rectangular body and a front face of the second rectangular protrusion abuts the front face of the first rectangular body.

A polyurethane foam block can include a base having a plurality of recesses and a top surface having a plurality of connective components protruding outward from the top surface where each connective component of the plurality of connective components can align with a recess of the plurality of recesses. A spliced wall panel comprises at least one layer of frame bodies stacked in sequence; the frame body is formed by splicing several boards sequentially, and buckles are provided at the joint of adjacent boards; inclined structures are oppositely arranged on both sides of the board, and a positioning protrusion and a positioning groove that fit each other are formed on the oppositely arranged inclined structures respectively; a horizontal mounting groove is formed on the top of the inner wall of the board, and a mating groove matching the mounting groove is formed on the outer wall at the bottom of the board; fitting blocks that match the buckles are formed on both sides of the outer wall of the board. The frame structure formed from multiple boards meets the requirements of the wall panel and can be stacked into a multi-layer frame structure based on actual needs.

Various implementations are directed to a single face building block and masonry wall assembly and methods. Each building block includes a single face shell, first and second webs extending from an interior surface of the face shell, and a pier that has a proximal surface disposed between distal ends of the webs and a distal surface that is opposite and spaced apart from the proximal surface of the pier. Interior surfaces of the webs, the proximal surface of the pier, and a portion of the interior surface of the face shell between the webs define a pocket. First and second spaced apart formations are located at a rear of the block body and define therebetween a vertical fastener channel.
