A facade support system for supporting a veneer on a structure includes a bracket configured to be attached to the structure. The bracket includes a back panel having opposite front and rear faces and a connecting member extending from the back panel in a generally forward direction. The connecting member defines a recess adjacent a front end of the connecting member. The bracket includes a support attachment member at least partially disposed within the recess. The facade support system includes a veneer support constructed to be attached to the bracket by the support attachment member. The veneer support is constructed to be disposed in a mortar bed joint of the veneer.

Continuous wall assemblies and methods

According to one embodiment, an insulated structure includes a frame comprising a plurality of wall studs coupled together and a plurality of foam boards attached to the frame to form a continuous insulative wall. A plurality of fasteners attaches the foam boards to the frame. Each fastener includes an elongate shaft and a cap. The elongate shaft is configured to penetrate through a foam board and into a wall stud to couple the components together. The cap is configured to be positioned atop a foam board to distribute a load relatively evenly to the foam board. A sealing tape is applied across seams between adjacent foam boards and over the fasteners' caps to seal the wall. A sealing caulk is applied to secondary fasteners and penetrations to seal the wall. In some embodiments, the structure has a fastener density of about 1 fastener per 243 in.sup.2 of foam board.

A prefabricated integrated window and wall is provided. The prefabricated integrated window and wall includes a window frame, a wall, and a power system. The window frame is configured to hold a variety of different windows. The window frame includes a frame head and a sill. The frame head includes a channel. The sill includes tabs. The wall is configured around the window frame. The wall is configured to connect to the tabs of the sill and the channel of the frame head. The power system is molded into the window frame. A method of assembling the prefabricated integrated window and wall is also provided.

A wall anchor for use in a cavity wall configured to connect to a veneer tie that joins an inner wythe, and an outer wythe of the cavity wall is disclosed. The wall anchor includes an elongated shaft having a first longitudinal axis, a fastening end section, a receiving end section, and a middle section. The wall anchor system further includes a panel including an interior positioned between at least two end surfaces, and a first insulating member spanning at least a portion of the interior of the panel. The receiving end section of the wall anchor system includes apertures defining an aperture wall for accepting sections of the veneer tie. The wall anchor system further includes a plurality of insulating members covering the aperture wall configured to reduce the transfer of thermal energy by the veneer tie between the inner wythe and the outer wythe.

CONTINUOUS WALL ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS
