COMPOSITE WALL PANEL, WALL SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS THEREOF, AND A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A composite wall, ceiling or floor panel (10), system and method, including a sheet (14) having a first face (18) including at least one first mounting portion (16), and at least one formwork member (20) with at least one second mounting portion (30) arranged to engage with the first mounting portion of the sheet to retain the sheet and said at least one formwork member together. Structural support comes from piers (for a wall) or beams (ceiling or floor) formed in the spacing between adjacent formwork members. The formwork members act as the core of a wall, ceiling or floor panel. An external coating (123) is applied to the formwork members, such as spray shotcrete or render. Channels (28) formed by the formwork members defines integrated ducting for services to be run.
Support plate for installing tile
A support for installing facing materials such as ceramic tiles on a substrate, such as, floors, walls and ceilings. The support plate has a plurality of spaced apart raised portions and recesses in the plate material, and a plurality of openings extending through the top surface and bottom surface of the plate material. The openings exposing a mat layer attached to the bottom of the support plate. Support plates of the invention are used for tile installations between a substrate and tile. Thin-set mortar that is used to secure the tile to the support plate flows into the recesses and into the openings forming a continuous bond between the mortar, openings and mat layer to provide a strong bond between the support plate, mortar and the tiles.

Integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor system and method for assembling the same
An integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor system includes precast slabs (1), honeycomb steel beams (3), and cast-in-place concrete (4). A plurality of compartments (12) arranged in a matrix is integrally provided on one surface of each of the precast slabs (1), and connecting grooves (14) are provided at a periphery of another surface of the precast slab (1) is provided with connecting grooves (14). Prepared bolt holes (13) penetrating through the precast slab (1) are provided in the connecting grooves (14). The honeycomb steel beam (3) serves as a primary beam or a secondary beam of a steel structure of the floor system. A surface of the precast slab (1) provided with no compartments is lapped and fixed between the secondary beams or between the primary beam and the secondary beam, and adjacent precast slabs (1) are connected and fixed by a U-shaped hoop (2) passing through the prepared bolt hole (13) to form a seam. The cast-in-place concrete (4) includes a surface layer cast onto the compartments (12) and a cast-in-place concrete ribs (41) cast between the compartments (12) of adjacent precast slabs (1) and between the compartment (12) and the primary beam and the secondary beam, the surface layer and the cast-in-place concrete ribs (41) being integrated. An assembly method for the integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor system is further provided. A method for assembling an integrally assembled hidden beam hollow two-way floor system is provided. The floor system and method for assembling the same achieve similar force performances in two directions, reliable connection between the floor slab and peripheral members, elimination of a risk of cracking of slab seams, and improved assembly efficiency.
Support Plate for Installing Tile
A support for installing facing materials such as ceramic tiles on a substrate such as floors, walls and ceilings wherein the support plate has a plurality of spaced apart recesses in the plate material, with the recesses being open at the top surface and have solid sidewalls and a base, and a plurality of slots in the non-recessed portions of the plate material extending through the top surface and bottom surface, the slots joining one or more adjacent recesses. The support plate of the invention is used for tile installations between the substrate and such tile. Thin-set mortar that is used to secure the tile to the support plate flows into the recesses and into the slots forming a continuous bond between the mortar and the adjacent slots providing for a strong bond between the support plate, mortar and the tiles.
Panel and slab designed for forming a floor or a wall and methods for manufacturing such panels and slabs
A panel designed for forming a floor or a wall, including several beams, each beam including an armature fixed to a base, each base being made from a settable fixing material, the panel including a support having several formwork parts arranged salient from a surface receiving the support, the formwork parts forming housings to respectively receive the beams and having a bottom that is formed by the surface receiving the support, each beam being located in a respective housing where the base of the beam is fixed to the bottom of the housing, the support being formed by a single piece.
CELLULOSE-BASED STRUCTURAL FLOORING PANEL ASSEMBLY
A cellulose-based structural building panel assembly includes a cross-laminated timber (CLT) core which is reinforced with one or more post-tensioned tendons stressed to a pre-selected tensioning force, following the placement as part of the panel assembly. The tendons are provided within a sleeve which is grouted with a channel formed in an underside of the core and which after post-tensioning of tendons is infilled with a binder securing the tendons in a fully bonded configuration.
