SHEAR TRANSFER SYSTEM
A shear transfer system is provided. In the system a shear tie strap is attached to a first framing member, a second framing member, a third framing member, a fourth framing member, and a fifth framing member of a frame in a framed building. The second, third, fourth, and fifth framing members are orthogonal or oblique to the first framing member. More than one shear tie strap may be present in the framed building.
Large-angle sloping roof steel structure and construction method thereof
A large-angle sloping roof steel structure connected to a main body structure, including: an intermediate platform, inclined main supporting steel columns circumferentially connected at four corners of the intermediate platform, constructing steel columns and wind-proof surrounding beam connected between top ends of the inclined main supporting steel columns, where roof purlin are connected between the adjacent inclined main supporting steel columns at intervals. The invention provides a top-down inverted construction method for a large-angle sloping roof with a steel structure as the main structural form. By using the method, the operation safety of an inclined main stressed vertical member during the installation process can be ensured, and the investment of supporting measures is reduced by preferentially installing the intermediate platform, thus effectively ensuring the installation progress, quality and safety of the sloping roof steel structure. The present invention can be widely applied to sloping roof construction.
Roof structure including panels and substructure for supporting panels
An outdoor building includes a plurality of vertical posts and a roof structure. The roof structure includes a substructure, a pair of side panels, and a pair of end panels. The substructure is coupled with the vertical posts via post brackets. The pair of side panels and the pair of end panels are coupled with the substructure. A method is also provided.
Modular partition system
A modular partition system comprises a plurality of panels and at least one connecting strip. Each of the plurality of panels comprises two support members extending generally perpendicularly to a plane of the modular partition system and a central panel extending between said two support panels. The plurality of panels are arranged such that the central panels of each of the plurality of panels are generally mutually parallel and one support member of each of the plurality of panels is adjacent to a support member of an adjacent panel. The at least one connecting strip cooperates with a support member from each of two of the plurality of adjacent panels so as to connect said two of the plurality of adjacent panels.

SHED ROOFING STRUCTURE
A shed roofing structure includes: a corner rafter in which a top surface and a bottom surface form a mountain profile having a width-direction center as the vertex, the corner rafter exhibiting a fletched profile as seen in cross-section; a valley rafter formed by vertically inverting the corner rafter; a plurality of common rafters which are disposed horizontally spaced apart at a flat section of the inclined roof and inclined along a roof gradient; and a receiving plate member that is placed on respective top surfaces of an elongate transverse rafter which intersects the plurality of common rafters and supports at least the plurality of common rafters and the valley rafter from below, and a vertical member which supports the corner rafter from below, and that receives the corner rafter, the valley rafter, and the common rafters.
BUILDING
A building includes a hipped roof, an erected part, and a water guide body. The hipped roof includes a first roof part, a second roof part, and a hip that is provided at a boundary part between the first roof part and the second roof part, and that protrudes upward from a roof upper surface of the first roof part. The erected part is erected on the first roof part while extending from a part of the hip, the part being below a ridge beam, toward a side opposite to the second roof part, and includes a side surface facing the ridge beam. The water guide body is provided over the first roof part and the side surface of the erected part to guide water flowing along the first roof part to a lateral side of the erected part. Then, the water guide body is connected to the hip, and has a shape for restricting accumulation of water in a region between the hip, the first roof part, and the erected part.
