Hinging drywall apparatus and method
Described herein is a drywall apparatus and method. The apparatus includes a finishing drywall liner, a framing drywall liner, a first gypsum-containing segment between the finishing drywall liner and the framing drywall liner, and a second gypsum-containing segment between the finishing drywall liner and the framing drywall liner. The first segment and the second segment are connected by a hinge formed from the finishing drywall liner and the framing drywall liner to allow an angle between the first segment and the second segment to vary.
HINGING DRYWALL APPARATUS AND METHOD
A drywall system is provided including a first drywall panel and a second drywall panel connected to the first drywall panel via a main hinge. A first drywall flap connected to the first drywall panel via a first hinge, and a second drywall flap connected to the second drywall panel via a second hinge. The first drywall panel, the second drywall panel, the first drywall flap and the second drywall flap can hinge to assume at least one corner configuration in which the first and second flaps lie on a first plane, the first drywall panel lies on a second plane and the second drywall panel lies on a third plane, such that the first plane, the second plane and the third plane are mutually orthogonal. A coating can be provided on an external surface of the framing drywall liner for strengthening the groove which, in embodiments can be polyester strip that extends over portions of the first and second gypsum-containing segments on either side of the of the groove.
WALL PANEL ANGLED CONNECTOR SYSTEM
A wall panel system includes a first wall panel, a second wall panel, and a joint member that couples the first wall panel to the second wall panel. The wall panel system also includes an upper mounting assembly that couples to the first wall panel and the second wall panel such that the upper mounting assembly pivots with the first wall panel and the second wall panel.
Omni-directional shape-morphing panel mechanism
A morphing panel mechanism may include a central panel and a side panel, where a first edge of the side panel may be pivotally coupled to a first edge of the central panel. A morphing panel mechanism may further include a guide panel that may be coupled with a first corner of the central panel via a ball joint, where the guide panel may include a first slit. A morphing panel mechanism may further include a flexible panel, where a first edge of the flexible panel may be pivotally coupled with a second edge of the side panel, and a second edge of the flexible panel may be slidably disposed within the slit of the guide panel.
A METHOD OF INSTALLING DRYWALL
Described herein is a method of installing dry wall boards. The boards are installed to create seams that run up from the floor to the ceiling along a wall, then across the ceiling and down an opposite wall. The seams lie within a planar box of suitable thickness.
Interlocking panels
The disclosed interlocking panel systems are portable, self-supporting, and modular. They may function as guards around the sides, rear, and a surface of a workspace and can be disassembled by one person and transported to a sink for cleaning or another location for use or storage. They may also function as structural panels for constructing an enclosure, such as a building.
Multiwall sheet and methods of using the same
In one embodiment, a multiwall sheet can comprise: a first wall; a second wall; an intermediate wall disposed between the first wall and the second wall; a first set of ribs disposed between the first wall and the intermediate wall; a second set of ribs disposed between the second wall and the intermediate wall; a cavity disposed between adjacent ribs; wherein the multiwall sheet is configured to expand and/or collapse when a mechanical force (preferably shear force) is applied to the intermediate wall. Preferably the multiwall sheet has a flexural rigidity of greater than or equal to 10 N/mm.
