Decorative panel having a digitally printed pattern and printing method therefor
11701917 · 2023-07-18 ·

Disclosed is a method of producing a pattern for a decorative panel. The method includes applying a clear gel coat on a mold to form a clear layer. The clear layer is cured and then digitally printed with one or more inks so as to produce a pattern on the clear layer. Also disclosed is a decorative panel including a clear layer, an opaque layer and a pattern digitally printed on the clear layer, between the clear and opaque layers, such that the pattern is visible through the clear layer.

Method of Forming a Composite Wall Structure

A precast composite wall structure and method for forming the wall structure are disclosed. The method includes providing a casting bed defining a plurality of shapes corresponding to a three-dimensional outer surface of a wall structure, placing a first layer of uncured concrete to conform to the shapes defined by the lower surface, positioning a forming member in overlying relation above the frame, the forming member defining a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween, positioning a stud frame within the casting bed along the forming member, placing a second layer of uncured concrete within the casting bed to conform to the rectangular-shaped channels between the rectangular protrusions, and allowing the concrete to cure.

PREFABRICATED WALL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall assembly that includes an outer frame assembly and an inner frame assembly that are spaced apart from each other. The outer frame assembly includes a masonry panel composed of a plurality of masonry units such as bricks. The inner frame assembly includes an insulation panel and waterproof lining. The prefabricated wall assembly further includes sealing arrangements for allowing the prefabricated wall assembly to seal against similar adjacent prefabricated wall assemblies. The outer frame assembly includes length adjustable side support members for supporting an outer side edge of the masonry panel.

Precast brick panel and method of manufacture

A method for assembling a brick pattern for forming a precast brick panel. The method includes conveying bricks in a row to a spacing station, spacing the bricks apart in a row at the spacing station according to a predetermined row pattern and to a predetermined row length by allowing the spacing between adjacent bricks to vary if required. The method then involves transferring the row of spaced bricks onto a generally planar support surface of a brick pattern assembly station. By this method, a plurality of rows of spaced bricks are assembled adjacent each other on the support surface of the brick pattern assembly station to form a brick pattern.

A frame for retaining one or more masonry slips is provided. The one or more masonry slips each have at least two slots formed on at least two sides thereof. The frame includes a supporting structure including a back plate, and is configured to house two or more masonry slips, and two or more face rails positioned on the back plate of the supporting structure. Each face rail is configured to house at least one masonry sup, and includes a projection directed away from the back plate of the supporting structure, and a retaining element positioned at the end of the projection so that the retaining element is approximately parallel to the back plate of the supporting structure, and the retaining element is configured to be positioned within one of the two slots formed on the sides of the masonry slip.

Kit of decorative wall panels and enclosures made thereof

There is described a shower enclosure and kit of walls therefor. The kit of decorative wall panels comprise a first wall panel including a front face, the front face of the first wall panel defining a first decorative pattern and including a relief element, a second wall panel including a front face, the front face of the second wall panel defining a second decorative pattern, and a connecting assembly for connecting the first wall panel adjacent to the second wall panel. The first decorative pattern of the first wall panel and the second decorative pattern of the second wall panel are configured to counteract a visual distortion caused by the relief element of the first wall panel when the first wall panel is adjacent to the second wall panel.

Wall panel

A wall panel may have a rigid layer, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer may be chemically bonded to the rigid layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the rigid layer. The rigid layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the rigid layer.
