TWO-PIECE TRACK SYSTEM

A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.

PANELIZED SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A BUILDING USING A PANELIZED SYSTEM

A panelized system for structural decking systems. The panelized system has a plurality of joists operatively coupled together through one or more decking panels. In order to aid in resisting rollover (e.g., the joists rotating with respect to the decking panels and/or support members during installation) bracing members may be utilized. A bracing member may be operatively coupled to a joist (e.g., a lower chord of a joist, web, upper chord, or the like) and to the decking panel (e.g., location on the decking between two joists, such as the mid-point of decking between two joists, or the like). In this way, the joists may be supported directly to the decking instead of having to run cross-bracing (e.g., x-shaped, or the like) between each of the joists. Once the panelized system is assembled on the ground, the panelized system may be lifted into place and assembled to a building.

One-piece bonding splice for rails

A splice having a main body and one or more protrusions extending from the main body. The one or more protrusions can be operable to interfere with a rail when the main body is installed into an opening of the rail. The one or more protrusions may be operable to cut into a coating of the rail and form an electrical connection between the rail and the main body.

Steel Thermal Stud And Method Of Manufacture Thereof

A multifunctional design housing is disclosed. In some examples, the multifunctional design housing includes an outer case with a back wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall. The back wall includes a first back wall edge and a second back wall edge. The first side wall extends forward from the first back wall edge, and the second side wall extends forward from the second back wall edge. The front wall includes a first side wall front edge and a second side wall front edge. A front opening is formed between the first side wall front edge and the second side wall front edge providing access to an interior volume within the outer case. A conduit control arm with a support element is spaced forward from the back wall and coupled to the outer case by a spacing element.

Construction system for a module of a building
11339568 · 2022-05-24 · ·

The invention proposes a system for constructing a module of a building, including core construction elements (1) that are surrounded by the surrounding construction elements (2A, 2B). The core construction elements (1) each include, in section, a cross including two main arms (6) of equal length which intersect at mid-length at right angle. Each core construction element (1) has a plane of symmetry about the axes of the arms. The main arms (6) of the cross terminate, at the ends thereof, with transverse portions (7). Each surrounding construction element (2A, 2B) is composed of four partial surrounding parts (2A, 2B, 2A′, 2B′) of a generally triangular shape which are assembled around a core element (1). Construction elements forming junction parts (4A, 4B) allow assembling panels (4A, 4B) to form a module of a building in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped volume comprising four corners.

Splice joint of crane main girder

A splice joint of a main girder of a crane, the main girder including at least two longitudinal main girder parts to be connected to each other by their ends and each having a central web which includes at least one web plate, longitudinal upper and lower flanges, the lower flange protruding from the central web to both sides thereof. The splice joint includes a plate-like tongue-and-groove joint, the tongue-and-groove joint including a tongue fixed to the central web of a main girder part, and a groove fixed to the central web of a second main girder part; and a lower flange joint receiving the bending forces of the splice joint. The tongue-and-groove joints are arranged reversed in relation to each other, and the location of the tongues and grooves on opposite sides of the web is reverse in relation to each other.

ADJUSTABLE HEADER
