A beam including a web with a longitudinal center line, and the web including at least a first row of plurality of apertures, in a longitudinal direction of the beam, said first row of plurality of apertures are arranged on a first longitudinal axis parallel with the longitudinal center line. A distance between centers of adjacent apertures satisfies the following condition: D.sub.adjacent=1000 mm/(2*n), where D.sub.adjacent is a distance between the centers of the adjacent apertures in the first row of the plurality of the apertures and n is a natural number.

Lightweight semi-permanent truss system

A truss support system is disclosed. The system is comprised of a plurality of tubular truss sections configured for attachment to each other. Each of the sections has a plurality of polygonal shaped access slots surrounded by a plurality of bolt holes along each of its peripheral sides and on end-plates at each end of the truss sections. The end-plates of the system have additional bolt holes around the access slot compared to the number of bolts surrounding the access slots on the peripheral sides to provide for increased hold between end-to-end connections of truss sections. The truss sections of the system may be hinged together to compensate for uneven ground or for increased load supported.

Frame Systems for Building Structures

A frame system for a building structure includes beam members. Each beam member comprises two opposed, parallel flanges. A web is interposed between the flanges. Spreader members comprise two opposed, parallel side flanges, a web interposed between the side flanges and two opposed end flanges bridging the side flanges at respective terminal ends of the web. The beam members and the spreader members are configured to be fastened to each other to form a frame assembly.

Beam reinforcing metallic material and beam reinforcing structure

A beam reinforcing metallic material includes a welding surface, a counter-flange-part surface, a contacting surface, a protrusion, and the like. The beam reinforcing material is a member that is made of metal such as steel for example. The beam reinforcing metallic material is not plate shaped but has a three dimensional shape. More particularly, the cross-sectional shape varies from the edge parts toward the center part in longitudinal direction. The cross section (cross-sectional area) of the center part of the beam reinforcing metallic material in longitudinal direction is larger than the cross sections (cross-sectional areas) of the both end parts. Increasing the cross-sectional area of the vicinity of the center part of the beam reinforcing metallic material allows the part that receives maximum stress to securely obtain the flexural strength when the beam reinforcing metallic material is fixed to the beam.

Access Structure Integration Assembly and Integrated Access Systems and Methods of Using the Same

The invention includes an access structure integration assembly and an integrated system using the assembly. An access structure integrated assembly includes at least one channeled structure and at least one joist socket slidingly engaged with the channeled structure. The channeled structure is configured to secure to a base structure, such as a suspended work platform system, and the joist socket is configured to secure to a second structure, such as a supported work platform system. An integrated system includes a base structure, a second structure and at least two integration assemblies, each assembly including a channeled structure secured to the base structure and a joist socket secured to the second structure and slidingly engaged with the channeled structure.

Beam reinforcing structure

A beam is an H-shaped steel having flange parts above and under a web part. A through hole is formed on web part to let pipes and the like pass through. A ring beam reinforcing metallic material is disposed through hole. A beam reinforcing metallic material is disposed along the upper and lower flange parts at positions away from the through hole. The beam reinforcing metallic material on the front surface of the web part (opposite side of a flange of the ring beam reinforcing metallic material). The beam reinforcing metallic material in a direction in which a counter-flange surface of the beam reinforcing metallic material faces the flange part. A contacting surface is in contact with web part and is fixed to the web part with a welded section. At this time, the welded section is formed up to the height to which an angle varying part is covered.

REINFORCED TRUSS STRUCTURE
20250179798 · 2025-06-05 ·

A truss structure for a scene for shows, wherein the truss structure is adapted for supporting equipment for scenes or stages. The truss structure consists to an elongated structure having four sides; and reinforcement members made of a single component, preferably a plate, that are secured to the sides of the elongated structure. The reinforcement members are covering a substantial portion of the sides of the truss structure, while comprising recesses distributed along the longitudinal edges of the reinforcement member for mounting a piece of equipment to the truss structure. The reinforcement members are enhancing rigidity of the truss structure and resistance of the truss structure to torsion or shearing forces.
