Portal frame
A portal frame comprising at least one header, at least a first column, at least one frame connector for rigidly connecting the at least first column to the at least one header, at least one header fastener configured to fasten the frame connector to the at least one header and at least one column fastener configured to fasten the frame connector to the at least first column. The at least first column is formed of wood or a wood-based/wood-derived material. The at least one frame connector comprises a lateral header connecting portion extending beyond a lateral edge of the first column in a direction towards the center of the at least one header and a column connecting portion extending along at least a portion of the height of the at least first column. The lateral header connecting portion comprises at least one of the at least one header fastening means.

WALL ROOF TRUSS BUILDING SYSTEM
A frame truss made of two walls and a roof structure. Each of the two walls have an outer and inner chord. The outer and inner chords of each respective wall are not parallel, but the inner chords of the two walls are parallel to each other. The arrangement of the inner and outer chords of each wall creates an exterior overhang with respect to the ground. Each of the walls converge at their bases and are attached at their bases to a plate. The roof structure attaches to the top of each of the walls and spans between them creating a frame that can be assembled in conjunction with similar frames to construct a building system.
A BUILDING TRUSS, SYSTEM, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
A building truss including a structural floor element, a vertical support on each side of the structural floor element, rafters spanning the vertical supports, a structural horizontal tie which interconnects the rafters, and a roof peak on the horizontal tie. A building is constructed by erecting multiple trusses parallel to each other in sequence in a longitudinal direction spanning one gable end to the opposed gable end. Each building truss defines the full room and roof spaces and provides the required structural strength. Each truss defines a 2D envelope; the floor element spanning in the horizontal direction, vertical supports for the vertical direction, and a roof assembly joining the two vertical supports. Each truss is unitary and constructing the multiple trusses parallel to each other provides a 3D structural building envelope.

Arch Building Structure
An arch building structure includes a plurality of structural arch assemblies, a plurality of purlins, and a plurality of flat roofing sections. The plurality of structural arch assemblies is positioned parallel and offset from each other upon the length of the building. The plurality of purlins is positioned perpendicular to the plurality of structural arch assemblies and radially positioned on the vertexes of the plurality of structural arch assemblies to further strengthen the building. Each of the plurality of flat roofing sections is mounted across a corresponding pair of adjacent purlins from the plurality of purlins so that the building roof can be completed.

Modular system and kit for the dry building of structures for constructions, as well as a building method thereof
A modular system for the dry building of structures for constructions, such as walls, floors, balconies, roofs or the like, includes a plurality of planar modular beams that define a respective plane and that are mutually jointed, and a plurality of planar panels anchored thereto at least at or in proximity of the end portions of the same planar modular beams.
