ANCHOR ASSEMBLY HAVING PRE-STRESSED MANDREL
Provided is an anchor assembly having a pre-stressed mandrel, which consists of an inner pre-stressed concrete mandrel and an outer cast-in-place anchoring slurry, wherein pre-stressed tendons are arranged inside the concrete mandrel and are prefabricated by a pretensioning method; the anchoring slurry wraps the pre-stressed concrete mandrel, and the cast-in-place anchoring slurry is formed by placing the pre-stressed concrete mandrel in a pile hole, and solidifying after primary grouting or secondary grouting. According to the anchor assembly, the pre-stress is not required to be tensioned and locked on site, so that the quality of the pre-stressed mandrel can be ensured, the on-site construction period can be greatly shortened, and the existing pre-stressed and common non-pre-stressed anchors can be replaced.
CONCRETE VARIABLE CROSS-SECTION PREFABRICATED SQUARE PILE
A concrete variable cross-section prefabricated square pile comprises pile bodies of large cross-section sections and small cross-section sections alternately arranged along a longitudinal direction. Lateral transition surfaces are formed between side surfaces of the large cross-section sections and adjacent small cross-section sections; at least part of the lateral transition surfaces have a front edge and/or a rear edge that are offset from a vertical direction in a lateral projection, and a vertical projection of an intersection line between the lateral transition surface and a first horizontal plane is located outside a vertical projection of an intersection line between the lateral transition surface and a second horizontal plane; the first horizontal plane is a horizontal plane located above in any two horizontal planes, and the second horizontal plane is a horizontal plane located below in any two horizontal planes.
Cable-Supported Structural Assembly with Flexible Reinforced Concrete Structural Element
A structural assembly utilizing a reinforced concrete support element with a flexibly-braided reinforcement sleeve and a cable system for building structures. The reinforced concrete BMASS element has an approximately cylindrical shape and includes a substantially solid concrete core. An outer reinforcement sleeve with a flexible multi-axially braided configuration is embedded on the perimeter, and an inner reinforcement sleeve is embedded within the outer sleeve. A cable tension system connected between the ends of the BMASS element transmits tensile force from the cable to the BMASS element. The structural assembly can be configured as a beam or a column. In a beam configuration, the tensioned cable can also provide beam curvature and greater strength. A multi-cable embodiment includes a second cable, providing additional strength and greater ability to control curvature. One or more of the braces may include an adjustable arm. The tension may be adjusted manually, or remotely.
Fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and construction method thereof
Disclosed are a fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and a construction method thereof, comprising providing at least one layer of house main body on a house foundation, wherein each layer of the house main body comprises: a tension bearing system which constitutes a wall body (1) or floor slab (2), a stabilizing function system for the tension bearing system, a system which constitutes a heat-insulating layer and a fire-proofing layer and is used as a formwork and has the function of supporting, and a pressure bearing system which connects together the afore-mentioned systems by means of a fully cast-in-place technique. The fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and the construction method thereof integrate structural component specifications, the overall stability of the house is good, and energy-saving and environmental protection requirements are satisfied.
Pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete structure with steel strands
A pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar includes a concrete body, a steel cage including a plurality of pre-stressed rebars, a plurality of stirrups; and two plates, the rebars are steel strands, a plurality of conical through holes are provided on the plate, and multiple clips are disposed inside each conical through hole, each clip having a toothed inner surface, the multiple clips are spliced together to form a chock assembly for clamping each steel strand, and a peripheral surface of the chock assembly has a conical surface; a clamping hole is formed in the center of the chock assembly, the steel strand passes through a clamping hole and is clamped tightly. A method for manufacturing a pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar is also included.
Jig and method for making reinforcement cage
The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a plurality of rollers disposed on the base member and spaced at intervals, a trolley which is movable on the base member; a driving device for driving the trolley; and a member for positioning the main reinforcement disposed at the first end of the base member.
Braided multi-axial sleeve system used as a structural reinforcement for concrete columns and method for constructing concrete columns
A column reinforced with two reinforcement sleeves provides a low-cost, simpler method to form strong concrete columns for constructing buildings and other structures. The column includes a multi-axially braided reinforcement outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, which together provide sufficient structural support so that rebar can be eliminated from the column. Elimination of rebar saves cost and prevents the possibility of rebar oxidation which might otherwise undermine the structural integrity of the column and lead to catastrophic structural failure. The reinforcement sleeve is lightweight, easy to transport, and can be greatly reduced in size to facilitate transportation. The reinforcement sleeve and construction method can be utilized in many implementations and can be particularly useful for constructing buildings or other structures in geographic areas that are subject to earthquakes and/or corrosion, and where low cost is important.

RETROFITTING METHOD FOR A BEAM WITH AN OPENING
A retrofitting method for a beam with an opening is disclosed. The retrofitting method provides a hoop cooperated with an inclined stirrup to form a reinforcement set. The hoop is used to enclose the opening; and the reinforcement set may be selectively adjusted according to the distance between the edge of opening and a column face. The retrofitting method and reinforcement set are not only suitable for openings located in the non-plastic hinge zone of the beam, but also suitable for the openings located in the plastic hinge zone.
