A gutter assembly comprising: a gutter having a gutter wall extending between front and rear gutter wall ends and defining a gutter channel, the gutter wall further having an inner face delimiting the gutter channel and an outer face; at least one bracket member sized and shaped to conform to the outer face of the gutter wall, each bracket member including front and rear bracket connecting portions connectable respectively to the front and rear gutter wall ends; a gutter cover comprising front and rear cover mounting portions and a central cover portion extending therebetween, the front cover mounting portion being engageable with at least one of the front gutter wall portion and the front connecting end of the bracket member, and the rear cover mounting portion being engageable with at least one of the rear gutter wall portion and the rear connecting end of the bracket member.

A gutter protection system configured for engagement with a rain gutter is provided. The gutter protection system includes a bracket configured for attachment to a first portion of the rain gutter. The bracket has a first arm and a second arm, each forming a channel. A base member has a first end configured for insertion into the channel formed by the first arm or the second arm of the bracket. The base member has an opposing second end configured for engagement with a second portion of the rain gutter. The base member further includes an intermediate segment extending from the first end to the second end. The intermediate segment includes a plurality of apertures. A permeable member is seated against an upper surface of the base member and is configured to facilitate the flow of water through the gutter protection system and into the rain gutter.

A gutter bracket assembly comprises a gutter bracket comprising a back portion, an intermediate portion extending frontwardly from the back portion, a first flange extending outwardly from the intermediate portion, and a second flange extending outwardly from the intermediate portion. The gutter bracket assembly further comprises a gutter having a back coupled with the back portion of the gutter bracket, a bottom extending frontwardly from the back, and a front extending upwardly from the bottom, wherein the front comprises a first protrusion and a second protrusion, which form a first and second cavity. The first flange of the gutter bracket engages the second cavity of the gutter and the second flange of the gutter bracket engages the first cavity of the gutter.

A gutter bracket assembly comprises a gutter bracket comprising a back portion, an intermediate portion extending frontwardly from the back portion, a first flange extending outwardly from the intermediate portion, and a second flange extending outwardly from the intermediate portion. The gutter bracket assembly further comprises a gutter having a back coupled with the back portion of the gutter bracket, a bottom extending frontwardly from the back, and a front extending upwardly from the bottom, wherein the front comprises a first protrusion and a second protrusion, which form a first and second cavity. The first flange of the gutter bracket engages the second cavity of the gutter and the second flange of the gutter bracket engages the first cavity of the gutter.

A gutter debris preclusion device for use with a gutter attached to a building, comprising a screen having a plurality of manipulations, which cause resting debris to be elevated off the surface of the screen. The elevated debris resultingly become more rapidly dried and more easily removed by the wind.

A spray trough is described herein, including a trough body, wherein the trough body has a bottom portion, a first side portion, a second side portion, a front portion, and a back portion, the bottom portion, the front portion, and the back portion each having a first end and a second end, a top plate having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the top plate is fixedly attached to the second end of the back portion, wherein the top plate extends substantially perpendicular from the second end of the back portion, and a deflector plate, wherein the deflector plate is attached to the second end of the front plate, wherein the deflector plate extends downwardly from the second end of the front plate, such that the deflector plate angles towards the front portion.

The present invention is a gutter system with a transparent eavestrough and a transparent downspout that allow for the monitoring of the rainwater flow and debris in the gutter and downspout system in a building or a house. This gutter system can provide a continuous monitoring of the gutter and downspouts to detect the exact spot of debris collected therein for the purposes of readily predicting and cleaning the system or repairing and preventing debris blockage in the flow of rainwater runoff and preventing the unnecessary cleaning of the downspout and removal of debris to eliminate homeowners cost.

An improved rain gutter hinge assembly uses mounting locations under an eave of building's roof to preserve integrity of fascia boards. In one embodiment, a gutter mounted to the gutter hinge assembly can be readily moved between a water collection position, a dumping position, and an under-eave storage position. The gutter can also be easily removed from the building.
