ROOFING STRUCTURES AND RELATED METHODS
Some embodiments relate to a roofing structure. The roofing structure comprises a plurality of roofing membranes positioned on a roofing substrate. Each of the plurality of roofing membranes comprises an edge portion that abuts or overlaps with, or is adjacent to, an edge portion of another roofing membrane, so as to define a plurality of seams between adjacent roofing membranes. The roofing structure further comprises a plurality of standing seam structures positioned over the plurality of seams so as to conceal the plurality of seams.

Double coverage roof wall flashing with cavity
A drip edge having a flange configured to rest against a roof surface following installation on a perimeter of the roof surface and a flap hingedly extending from a terminal edge of the flange configured to be positioned a predefined distance towards the center of the roof surface, as measured from an edge of the roof surface on which the flange is configured to be mounted, following installation of the flange on the roof surface, wherein the flap and flange, in combination, form a cavity configured to retain a shingle therein, thereby improving the strength with which the starter shingle is secured to the roof surface against wind uplift while improving its resilience to moisture intrusion and easing installation while also rendering shingle alignment more consistent.

PROFILE FOR TERRACES AND BALCONIES
A profile for terraces and balconies includes a substantially flat wing for anchoring the profile to the floor of the terraces, a front portion for protection of the external edge of the flooring which protrudes outward with respect thereto, and a first drip lip constituted by a contoured element which extends downward. The first drip lip has, at the lower end, at least one first protrusion and at least one second protrusion, lower than the first, both protruding downward and outward with respect to the front portion. The profile also includes a second drip lip, which is substantially parallel to the first drip lip, extends downward from the wing and includes a third protrusion which protrudes downward and toward the first drip lip.
FIRE RESISTANT FASCIA GUTTER SYSTEM AND COVERINGS USING THE SAME
A covering having insulated panels is meant to prevent or slow the spread of fire. Each panel has a top cover; a fire-prevention layer having a fire-retardant material, a fire-resistant material, or a combination of both; and an insulation layer. The fire-prevention layer is located, at least partially, between the top cover and the insulation layer. When there are two or more insulated panels, they interlock at a joint and form a plane.

Perforated eave trim and roof ventilation system
A perforated eave trim and system for roofs is described. New shingles are typically installed on wooden strapping attached to an old or existing roof. The cavity between the old roof and the shingles is prone to build up of moisture if the cavity is inadequately ventilated. Moisture build up can lead to mold, ice buildup and damage to the roof and strapping. The perforated eave trim, and embodiments thereof disclosed herein, in conjunction with conventional roof vents provides an improved system for venting roofs.
Flexible expansion joint seal
An expansion joint seal includes a central portion having at least one central chamber disposed around a centerline, a first flange portion extending outwardly from the centerline and a second flange portion extending outwardly from the centerline in a direction opposite the first flange portion. When installed on the structure, the first flange portion is attachable to a first substrate of the structure and the second flange portion is attachable to a second substrate of the structure such that the central portion is disposed within and seals a gap formed between the first substrate and the second substrate of the structure. Movement of one or both of the first substrate and the second substrate causes a response in the central portion to maintain the seal.
Cornice Systems and Methods
Improved cornice systems and methods for installing cornice systems. The system includes hangers, wall receiver trim, and a unitary fascia and soffit component. The improved cornice systems allow for much quicker and easier installation, and provide for additional advantages as well.
