SHEET MATERIAL ARRANGEMENT
A sheet material arrangement having a flexible primary sheet material and an edge member with two legs pivotably connected together. The first leg has two outer portions of a band-shaped secondary sheet material and is connected to the primary sheet material along an edge portion. A central portion of the secondary sheet material is looped around an insert transversely to the longitudinal direction of said secondary sheet material and, together with this insert, forms a second leg which is connected to the first leg so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis. In a pivoting position, with the legs arranged approximately parallel, the edge member and the sheet material can be rolled up on a winding shaft. In a further pivoting position, the legs form an angle of inclination different than 0°, with the result that the second leg is useable for guided displacement in a guide rail.
Canopy system
There is described a canopy system comprising two or more parallel elongated rods, one or more canopy pieces having two parallel edges, two or more elongated bars connected to each of the two or more parallel elongated rods and attached to each of the two parallel edges of the one or more canopy pieces, and at least one connection mechanism attached to each of the elongated rods having a connector that is capable of being suspended from a support. The elongated rods may include at least one lower cavity having two channels each configured to detachably and slidably receive each of the elongated bars. The lower cavity may have a groove that is configured to detachably and slidably receive an accessory. The elongated rods each may include at least one upper cavity configured to detachably and slidably receive each connection mechanism and a second accessory.
RESIDENTIAL AWNING CANOPY ASSEMBLY
An awning is disclosed. The awning comprises a case assembly comprising a housing, configured to be mounted to a dwelling, and a lead rail, a roller assembly mounted in the case assembly and including a roll tube rotatable relative to the case assembly, a lead rail assembly coupled to the lead rail, the lead rail assembly movable relative to the housing between an extended position and a retracted position, a canopy having a leading edge and a trailing edge, the leading edge being connected to the lead rail assembly and the trailing edge being connected to the roll tube, and a spring arm assembly connecting the housing of the case assembly to the lead rail, the spring arms including a first arm and a second arm pivotable relative to one another, the spring arm assembly allowing the lead rail assembly to move between the extended position and the retracted position.
Modular space dividing system and method
A modular system for creating a temporary plurality of individual living spaces, may include a plurality of anchors, where pairs of anchors create opposing sides of a personal space. A frame may be positioned between the pairs of anchors to create a bedding structure. The anchors may also provide storage space, lights, power source, among other features of a living area. A covering may be used between the pairs of anchors to separate the living space from the rest of the space to improve individual privacy.
Retractable awning assemblies and methods for packaging the same
The present disclosure describes a retractable awning assembly. The retractable awning assembly may include a plurality of roller tube sections, at least two torsion bar sections, a pair of spring-loaded arms, a fabric cover, a plurality of front bar sections, a pair of end caps, a plurality of mounting brackets, and a plurality of hood sections. A modular system for creating a temporary plurality of individual living spaces, may include a plurality of anchors, where pairs of anchors create opposing sides of a personal space. CONNECTION SYSTEM AND AWNING STRUCTURE WITH CONNECTION SYSTEM
An awning system includes an awning and a connection system for connecting the awning to a mounting structure. The awning includes a roller tube and an accessory element coupled to the roller tube. The connection system includes a receiving member and an adapter. The receiving member is coupled to the mounting structure and defines a receiving groove extending along an extension path. The adapter includes an engaging section coupled to the receiving groove and a receiving section coupled to the awning. A normal force between a contact area of the engaging section and the receiving groove increases when the engaging section rotates in one direction about the extension path such that the adapter is in a self-locked condition within the receiving groove.

Connection system and awning structure with connection system
A connection system for connecting an accessory element to a mounting structure, in particular for connecting a fabric of an awning, tent or sun sail to a mounting structure such as a wall of a building or an outer surface of a vehicle. The connection system includes a receiving member provided on the mounting structure and defining a receiving groove extending along an extension path, and an adapter having an engaging section and a receiving section. The engaging section is configured such that an engagement with the receiving groove is caused by an insertion movement of the engaging section into the receiving groove, the insertion movement having at least a translatory component in a direction substantially perpendicular to the extension path.
