(1), where RSm represents the mean width, and RzJIS represents the ten point height.
DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE PLATE
A pattern layer formed on a sheet base material, a first surface protective layer formed on the pattern layer, and a second surface protective layer partially formed on the first surface protective layer. The first surface protective layer and the second surface protective layer each have a gloss different to each other. The sheet base material is a thin paper that has a T-type peeling strength of 130 gf/15 mm or more and 210 gf/15 mm or less and an air permeability in accordance with JIS P 8117 of 150 seconds or more.
DECORATIVE MATERIAL
A decorative material wherein, in a cross section in a direction orthogonal to a direction where a groove extends, the groove has a first slope part extending from one end of the groove to the deepest part of the groove, and a second slope part extending from the other end of the groove to the deepest part of the groove, wherein when an angle formed by a line segment connecting the one and other ends and a line segment connecting the one end and the deepest part is defined as θ.sub.1, and an angle formed by a line segment connecting the one and other ends and a line segment connecting the other end and the deepest part is defined as θ.sub.2, θ.sub.1 is more than θ.sub.2.
STAINABLE DECORATIVE SHEET AND METHOD OF STAINING DECORATIVE SHEET
A stainable decorative sheet having good adhesion between a paper base material and a nonwoven fabric with a surface excellent in tactile sensation and stainability, excellent transparency, and a method for coloring the stainable decorative sheet. The stainable decorative sheet includes a paper base material, an adhesive layer, a nonwoven fabric layer, and a transparency improving layer in a predetermined structure, wherein the nonwoven fabric layer partially has a filling part A and a filling part B in a part of voids among fibers of the nonwoven fabric layer.
DECORATIVE SHEET, DECORATIVE PANEL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DECORATIVE SHEET
The present invention provides a decorative sheet having extremely excellent design properties where a picture pattern of a picture layer harmonizes with depressions. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet including: a substrate; a picture layer; and a transparent resin layer, the decorative sheet including at least the picture layer and the transparent resin layer in a stated order on one side of the substrate, the picture layer including a characteristic portion and a non-characteristic portion, the transparent resin layer having a depression (D.sub.1) harmonizing with the characteristic portion of the picture layer on a side opposite to a side facing the picture layer, the picture layer having a depression (D.sub.2) positioned in a lamination direction of the depression (D.sub.1) on a side opposite to a side facing the substrate, the depression (D.sub.1) having a depth H greater than a depth h of the depression (D.sub.2).
Flexible, profile bar screen
A flexible, profile-bar-based screen is provided includes a flexible cord (e.g., a braided stainless-steel cable) that strings together several cross members (e.g., profile bars) in a pattern to create the screen. Flexible spacers ensure that the cross members remain generally parallel, while allowing the cord to flex in any direction. Each end of the cord includes a cap (e.g., nut, washer, tacking, etc., combinations thereof) to prevent edge cross members from falling off the cord.
THREE DIMENSIONAL WOVEN LATTICES FOR DRAG REDUCTION AND TURBULENCE REDUCTION
The present invention is directed to three dimensional (3D) woven lattices for drag and turbulence reduction. 3D woven lattice material can serve as a surface layer that regularizes the flow around a bluff body with beneficial effects on: 1) drag reduction, 2) decrease in turbulence intensity, 3) attenuation of flow-induced vibrations, and 4) aerodynamic noise cancellation. 3-D woven lattice architectures allows for passive flow control (without the need for external energy supply) around bluff bodies with restricted geometry/shape due to their functional requirements such as wind turbine towers, cargo trucks, train cars, etc. The woven material can be easily shaped to fit on various geometries and incorporated in existing manufacturing processes (from composites to metallic plates). Metallic foam and randomly porous materials have been identified in the literature as a promising solution for passive flow control over bluff bodies.
