SUPPORT BRACKET HANGER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A masonry veneer support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a shelf angle, and first and second shelf angle mounting brackets. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has first and second shelf angle mounting seats formed therein. The first shelf angle mounting seat is upwardly spaced from the second shelf angle mounting seat. Hangers in the form of two-part separable brackets are provided to permit masonry veneer to be mounted underneath the shelf angle, thereby concealing it from view.
THERMAL INSULATION PAD
A thermal insulation pad is for attachment between a bracket and substructure in a building cladding assembly. The thermal insulation pad includes a thermal insulation material and at least one spacing member for limiting compression of the thermal insulation material during use.
FACADE FASTENING SYSTEM HAVING PROFILE ELEMENTS
A profile element for attachment to the rear side of a façade panel, which in turn is fastened to a base such as a building surface or substructure. The profile element is formed in one piece and includes three functional sections arranged one after another: a fixing section for fixing the profile element to a base; a support section for attachment to the façade panel; and a spacer element which, in the installed state, ensures the correct distance between the base and the rear side of the façade panel. The profile element is extendible by a supplementary element, which has functionally similar elements and is only used if required by the geometry of the façade panel. The supplementary element is usable for positive connection to the profile element of an adjacent façade panel. Such a façade system provides flexibility for a wide variety of types and dimensions of façade panels.
Support bracket apparatus
A support assembly supports external veneer such as face-brick. A bracket mounts to a load bearing wall support structure. A shelf angle includes a horizontal leg that defines a surface upon which to mount the veneer. The mounting bracket may be a channel having a seat that includes an outwardly protruding toe, an accommodation for the shelf angle, and an overhanging finger. The back of the shelf angle may have apertures to admit the toes of the mounting bracket. The seat includes an oversized slot having a relief angle to permit the shelf angle web to be rotated angularly during assembly. The mounting bracket has an overhanging arm for engaging the part of a cross-wise running beam, such as an I-beam upper flange. The mounting bracket has an abutment for contacting a lower part of the beam, such as a lower flange of an I-beam. There is a fitting to secure the bracket to the beam.
THERMAL INSULATION PAD
A thermal insulation pad assembly comprising: a thermal insulation pad comprising a thermal insulation material for attachment between a bracket and substructure in a building cladding assembly; and a sleeve formed of cardboard. The sleeve may be used to retain the pad assembly on a foot of a bracket.
Facade support system
A facade support system for supporting a veneer on a structure includes a bracket configured to be attached to the structure. The bracket includes a back panel having opposite front and rear faces and a connecting member extending from the back panel in a generally forward direction. The connecting member defines a recess adjacent a front end of the connecting member. The bracket includes a support attachment member at least partially disposed within the recess. The facade support system includes a veneer support constructed to be attached to the bracket by the support attachment member. The veneer support is constructed to be disposed in a mortar bed joint of the veneer.
AN EXTERIOR WALL AND A METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING AN EXTERIOR WALL
Disclosed is an exterior wall (17) for a building (11). The exterior wall (17) comprises an inner wall (20) including a load-bearing structure formed by a transversal roof metal profile (14) and a transversal foundation metal profile (13) between which a number of intermediate metal profiles (15) extend, and wherein an inside surface (59) of the inner wall (20) is provided inner sheathing (63). The exterior wall (17) also comprises an outer wall (21) including a load-bearing structure formed by a transversal roof metal profile (14) and a transversal foundation metal profile (13) between which a number of intermediate metal profiles (15) extend, and wherein an outside surface (64) of the outer wall (21) is provided outer sheathing (62). The inner wall (20) and the outer wall (21) are mutually fixed at the transversal metal roof profiles (13) and the transversal metal foundation profiles(14) so that a cavity (34) is formed between the inner wall (20) and the outer wall (21). A method for constructing an exterior wall (17) of a building (11) is also disclosed.
BRACKET ANCHOR FOR FASTENING A FACING IN A SUPPORTING WALL, AND WEB PLATE OF A BRACKET ANCHOR
A bracket anchor for fastening a facing to a supporting wall has a bracket head for fastening the bracket anchor to the supporting wall, a web plate, a support element for supporting the facing, and a pressure element for transmitting pressure from the bracket anchor to the supporting wall. The support element and the pressure element are secured to the web plate. The entire web plate is formed from a single plate of constant wall thickness. The web plate includes a tension strut and a compression strut which are connected to one another only at their ends facing the support element and at most over half of the projecting length of the bracket anchor.

The mounting bracket has an abutment for contacting a lower part of the beam, such as a lower flange of an I-beam. There is a fitting to secure the bracket to the beam.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RETROFITTING AN EXISTING BUILDING
Example embodiments of the described technology provide a building wrap useful for retrofitting a building. The building wrap may comprise a plurality of different types of pre-fabricated panels such as roof panels, wall panels and foundation panels. Wall panels may be coupled to mounting rails which are attached to an exterior wall of the building. The foundation panels may carry the weight of the wall panels. At least some portions of some of the foundation panels may be below a grade level of the building.
