Outer wall material and method for manufacturing same
An outer wall material includes a first transparent member integrally or separately including a transparent plate material and a prism portion; and a reflection member provided on a second side of the prism portion of the first transparent member. The prism portion causes the reflection member to collect light whose angle with respect to a normal line of the plate material is equal to or greater than a predetermined angle and to retro-reflect the collected light, and transmits light whose angle with respect to the normal line of the plate material is less than the predetermined angle.
Building panels and method of forming building panels
A building panel structure is disclosed, in which building panels are used to form a structure. Roof panels and roof panel tiles are disclosed, which can be used to form the roof of the structure. The roof panels and the building panels include a core and a coating covering a portion of the core. In some embodiments the core consists of a frame and at least one insulating structural block. The insulating structural blocks can be encapsulated polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks. In some embodiments the coating includes ceramic material. In some embodiments the coating includes a first layer and a second layer. In some embodiments the coating is used to retrofit existing wall structures. The roof panel and the roof tile can be shaped, formed, and colored to look like traditional roof tiles such as shake roof tiles or Spanish roof tiles.

Decorative panel
A decorative panel has a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first layer may be transparent, the second layer is fully or partially reflective, and the third layer is partially reflective or transparent. A cavity having an opening in the shape of a design is formed within a portion of the second layer. The opening is configured to allow light to enter the decorative panel through the second layer. The light entering the decorative panel will be outputted by the third layer in a shape substantially similar to the design.
Panel systems and methods
A panel for a surface covering system of a plurality of like panels, the panel comprising: a base layer; a first joint extrusion attached along a first edge of the base layer; a second joint extrusion attached along a second edge of the base layer, opposite the first edge; a covering layer covering at least part of the first joint extrusion and at least part of the second joint extrusion; wherein the first extrusion is configured to join to a second extrusion of an adjacent like panel, and the covering layer substantially conceals the first extrusion and the second extrusion when installed.

LIGHTWEIGHT VENEER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A lightweight veneer system and method for producing a construction material that simulates the appearance of natural finishes such as stone, brick, or exposed concrete while providing improved technical characteristics. The system incorporates a precise sequence of mixing water, acrylic polyester resin, recycled ground glass, calcium carbonate, fiberglass, and iron oxides for coloration, followed by the addition of white or gray cement and plaster. The specialized process involves treating molds with release agents and pigments to ensure natural-looking textures and colors. The material is then poured into molds, vibrated to remove air pockets, and cured in a controlled environment to achieve optimal hardness and moisture content. The final product is significantly lighter than conventional materials, offering advantages in transportation and installation. This environmentally conscious method includes recycling of both water and defective materials back into the production process, emphasizing sustainability alongside industrial efficiency.
