FLOORING PANEL, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A FIRE-RATED SUSPENDED FLOOR
20220403647 · 2022-12-22 ·

A fire-rated flooring panel for use in forming a suspended floor, comprising: a bottom metal sheet layer; an upper re-enforced concrete layer overlaying the bottom layer; and a structural steel frame enclosing circumferential walls of the upper and lower layers.

INTERCONNECTED MODULAR FRAMES FOR GROUTLESS SETTING OF HARD TILES
20220381041 · 2022-12-01 ·

Interlocking modular tile frames for joining hard tiles without requiring a substrate adhesive (thin-set mortar) or grout. Each tile frame comprises integrated segments that form a rigid or semi-rigid enclosure to hold a single hard tile within its interior. Each segment has an upside-down T-shape cross-section comprising a column and a base. The columns, which frames a tile, eliminate the need for grout. An inserted tile rests on the base while being held in place by the column along each segment. One or more mechanical interconnections are located at an outer portion of each enclosure corner to couple adjacent frames together. A stain-resistant material such as but not limited to polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), acrylic, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), nylon, rubber, or a combination thereof, can be used for the frames.

Interactive floor and amusement systems and methods employing same

An amusement system features an interactive floor with an array of panels laid out in one or more grids to collectively define an interactive floor surface, an illumination system operable to individually illuminate each panel, and a sensing system operable to detect presence of any participant atop any panel. A base frame of the interactive floor is composed of a plurality of base modules seated on a subfloor, and supporting a respective panel for one or more cells of the interactive floor. The base modules are not directly fastened together, and instead are only intercoupled by perimeter seals applied over peripheral regions of the panels of neighbouring modules. Separation of the modules is constrained by surrounding walls of a room fully occupied by the interactive floor. In gameplay, some panels are distinctively illuminated as hazards to be avoided by participants, subject to penalty.

RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM FOR SUSPENSION TYPE PIPELINES
20230071860 · 2023-03-09 ·

A raised floor system for suspension type pipelines mainly comprises girders and floor units laid between foot stands after the foot stands are erected at intervals on the floor, such that floor units are separated from the floor by a distance to form a large-area raised floor, wherein a top portion of each foot stand for the floor units to be placed thereon is combined with a cover, of four sides of the cover each is vertically provided with a folded plate, a hole is formed on the folded plate, two ends of a suspension device are capable of being respectively hooked on the holes of the folded plates of two of the spaced foot stands, so that the suspension device is placed under the floor units for pipelines to be placed thereon or fixed thereto.

Support and levelling device
11598108 · 2023-03-07 · ·

A levelling structure for levelling a structure having supports for secondary support on fixed footings. A coupling mechanism extends between an access point on the structure and the footings. Adjustment of the coupling member from the structure alters the elevation of the structure and supports together towards or away from the footings. By providing the adjustment from the structure itself, the requirement for elevational adjustment beneath the structure is avoided as well as adjustment against the opposition of the load.

A floor frame includes at least two spaced longitudinal support strips and at least one lateral support strip. Each longitudinal support strip has longitudinal upper and lower portions and a pair of longitudinal side walls. A shoulder is designed on at least one of the pair longitudinal side walls and located between the longitudinal upper and lower portions. Two shoulders of the two longitudinal support strips are opposite to each other. The lateral support strip includes lateral upper and lower portions and a pair of lateral side walls. Two ends of the lateral support strip are placed on the two shoulders of the longitudinal support strips, respectively. A plurality of longitudinal and lateral support strips constitutes a grid-type structure under the distribution of longitudinal and lateral directions to provide the placement and fixation of a plurality of floor panels.

System, method, kit and modular element for the dry building of structures for constructions
20230193624 · 2023-06-22 ·

A modular system for dry building of structures includes a plurality of modular elements having a generally planar upper or lower wall and a plurality of side faces substantially perpendicular thereto, and further having a first end edge at the upper or lower wall and a second edge opposed thereto. Anchoring members couple the modular elements so that the planar walls cooperate to define a first plane generally parallel to or coinciding with the main development plane of the structure to be built, with each of the side faces interacting with each other. The second edges of the side faces cooperate to define a second plane generally parallel and opposed to the first plane. The anchoring members include first anchoring members that act in correspondence with the second plane to effectively counteract the tensile stresses developing in the structure due to a load acting on the first plane.

DECKING SUPPORT SYSTEM
