OVERHEAD STORAGE UNIT WITH PIVOTING STORAGE CONTAINERS
An overhead storage unit includes a guide member having a first horizontal segment mountable within an overhead storage area, a second vertical segment mountable below the overhead storage area, and a curved segment extending between the first and second segments. A storage assembly has storage containers each connected to at least one other storage container at common pivots. The storage containers displace along the guide member between a stored position and an accessible position. Each storage container pivots relative to an adjacent storage container on the common pivot as the storage containers are displaced between the stored and accessible positions. The storage containers are disposed within the overhead storage area and have a first orientation in the stored position. The storage containers are disposed below the overhead storage area and have a second orientation different from the first orientation in the accessible position.
MOUNTING DEVICE AND INSTALLATION ARRANGEMENT
A mounting device and installation arrangement is provided. The mounting device can be for a water station and can include a mounting frame for attachment to a wall surrounding an opening and can further include a cover for closing the opening. Additionally, a ventilation slot can be provided between the mounting frame and the cover in a closed state for an air flow between the cover and the mounting frame.
Wall niche kit and related methods
An installation kit for the production of a niche includes a recess element including a rear wall, four side walls and a projecting frame adjoining outward edges of the side walls. At least one of the side walls includes a passage opening formed therein. An insert can be insertable into the passage opening of the side wall on the niche side, the insert defining a recessed receiving space accessible on the niche side of the side wall, the insert including an opening opposing the receiving space. At least one cover can be receivable within the insert to at least partially cover the receiving space, the cover being positionable substantially flush with the side wall.
STRUCTURE INSPECTION AND ACCESS DEVICE
A structure inspection and access device. The device includes a faceplate attachable to a structure, the faceplate having a front face and a rear face, an access aperture defined in the faceplate, the access aperture being selectively closeable by a cover, a tube having a proximal end in communication with the access aperture and extending in a distal direction from the rear face of the faceplate, and a valve disposed at a distal end of the tube.

Wall Niche Kit and Related Methods
An installation kit for the production of a niche includes a recess element including a rear wall, four side walls and a projecting frame adjoining outward edges of the side walls and extending away from a niche.
Systems and methods for insulating attic openings
A cover for closing an access opening that leads to an infrequently used space within a building, such as an attic, that generally provides an air seal, thermal insulation and/or acoustic insulation at the access opening. The cover may be in one or two portions, including a closure alone or a closure and a frame having an aperture that can be closed by engagement between the closure and the frame. When the cover is used alone it engages a frame or a wall circumscribing the access opening. The cover is sized and shaped to close a stairwell, or the opening at one end of a stairway, an opening in a generally vertical wall, a hatch, or a pull down ladder. The closure and frame are each made of one or more components.

Moveable wall system
A moveable wall system and components therefore, including: 1. A flexible power connector configured to flex in only one direction whereby it can be pushed without buckling; 2. at least one wireless power transmission receiving station in one or more of the moveable wall and modular units mounted thereon, for receiving the wireless transmission of power and enable one to charge electronic devices and provide power to power receiving lamps or the like, without the need for plug-in electrical wiring; 3. an overhead track system for supporting the moveable wall laterally below at least two spaced parallel tracks, the wall including a core support member having at least two spaced frame members secured to the top of said core support and projecting laterally to either or both sides of core support, each including a pair of trolleys for suspending said moveable wall in said parallel overhead tracks, projecting upwardly from its respective frame member and engaging their respective track.
