Modular access system
A modular crossover system includes one or more platforms, one or more platform guardrails attached to the platform, a plurality of towers supporting the one or more platforms, a plurality of stile assemblies attached to the platforms, or a combination of towers and stile assemblies. An optional fixed ladder may be attached to one of the platforms.
Floating Modular Stair System
A floating modular stair system includes a wall mounting plate that is attachable to a vertical wall, and a base mounting plate that is anchorable to a horizontal floor. A monostringer beam is attachable to the wall mounting plate and to the base mounting plate. The monostringer beam includes an integrated hook attachment for variable angle adjustment and attachment to the wall mounting plate. Stair tread brackets are attachable to the monostringer beam for equal spacing of stair treads after installation of the monostringer beam to the wall mounting plate and to the base mounting plate. Each of the stair tread brackets are also designed for individual variable angle adjustment and leveling after attachment to the monostringer beam, and the stair tread brackets are rotatable through an adjustable anchor point about a fixed pivot anchor point to level the stair treads of the floating modular stair system.
Modular deck apparatus
A deck apparatus for assembly with a pair of opposing brace frames interconnected by a pair opposing connector bases and a deck board top frame having a plurality of deck boards disposed thereon, the connector bases having opposing posts for being received in openings in a lower end of the opposing brace frames ends and the deck board top frame having posts for being received in an upper end of the opposing brace frames, and optionally attaching a stairs riser having a plurality of spaced-apart treads or a ramp riser for extending from a deck surface at a height to a vertically lower support surface.
PREFABRICATED SPIRAL STAIRCASE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated spiral staircase in which the heights between treads can be freely and finely adjusted, thus being conveniently assembled and installed at installation sites having different story heights.
Methods and systems of preparing and installing custom-made spiral staircases
Described herein are systems and methods of manufacturing a spiral staircase assembly for custom projects. A method may include coupling a plurality of stairs to a center column such that distances between adjacent stairs of the plurality of stairs deviates less than ½″ to meet code. A method may further include cutting the center column after coupling the plurality of stairs to the center column to form a first center column and a second center column. A method may further include welding a female column coupling to a first end of the first center column and welding a male column coupling to a first end of the second center column. The male column coupling is configured to couple to the female column coupling such that when the male column coupling is coupled to the female column coupling, distances between adjacent stairs of the plurality of stairs deviates less than ½″.
PLATFORM SYSTEM
A platform system comprising a platform structure having at least one modular platform unit with platform connection features on a side surface thereof to which other components can be connected, the other components including at least two of the following: another modular platform unit, a stair unit, a tower unit, a handrail unit, and a ladder unit. A stair assembly is connected to the platform structure via said connection features, the stair assembly comprising a plurality of stair units connected together to provide a number of steps equal to the sum of steps of the stair units.
PLATFORM SYSTEM
A modular platform system utilizing a number of components including a platform. The platform is configured so that each of the components may interchangeably connect to any side of the platform. The components include, for example, handrails and stairways, as well as other platforms. The platform and most of the components are formed from single, continuous pieces of metal.

Cantilever stair assembly
A cantilever stair assembly for installation in segments or sections includes a stair tread module including a stair tread plate having a tread hole. An embedded stair tread is inserted into and fixed within the tread hole. The stair tread module may include a first inner wall stair tread support and a second inner wall stair tread support for mounting to opposite sides of a vertical support member. Each of the first and second inner wall stair tread supports has a first plate with a plurality of support-member-engagement holes therethrough and a second plate perpendicular to the first plate and having a plurality of stair-tread-plate-engagement holes therethrough. The stair tread plate is secured to at least one of the plurality of stair-tread-plate-engagement holes of each of the first and second inner wall stair tread supports.
