CLIMBING FORMWORK SYSTEM FOR MASS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, IN PARTICULAR FOR BUILDING A DAM OR FOR HYDROPOWER INDUSTRY, AND A METHOD FOR BUILDING A MASS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
A climbing formwork system for mass concrete construction comprises a movable panel separating a filling volume from an external environment, a track extending along a longitudinal direction partially inside said filling volume with a sliding channel closed with respect to the filling volume and a longitudinal slit facing the external environment. In addition, the climbing formwork system comprises a climbing element positioned and slidingly inserted in the sliding channel having a connection portion projecting through the slit to be connected with a portion of the movable panel. Fastening elements are operatively connected between the connection portion of the climbing element and the movable panel in order to maintain the latter fixed to the climbing element in a union condition. Also, a subject of this patent application is a method for building a mass concrete construction.
INSULATED CONCRETE SLIP FORM AND METHOD OF ACCELERATING CONCRETE CURING USING SAME
The invention comprises a concrete form. The form comprises a first concrete forming panel having a first primary surface adapted for forming and contacting plastic concrete and a second primary surface opposite the first primary surface; a layer of insulating material contacting and substantially covering the second primary surface of the first concrete forming panel; and an insulating blanket adjacent the first concrete forming panel. A method of using the concrete form is also disclosed.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A TOWER STRUCTURE
A system and method are provided for manufacturing a tower structure. Accordingly, an interlocking form ring is additively manufactured with a first printhead assembly. The interlocking form ring defines a plurality of recesses in a radially inner or a radially outer face. A cementitious material is deposited within one or more of the recesses with a second printhead assembly. At least one reinforcing member is positioned within the recess with the second printhead assembly. The second printhead assembly is positioned adjacent to the cementitious material during the curing thereof so as to provide a slip form for the curing of the cementitious material.

Climbing formwork and method for erection of a concrete structure
A formwork and method for casting a concrete structure comprising: a first form element for delimiting a cavity to receive concrete, the first form element having an upper end and a lower end, a first tilt sensor for measuring an actual tilt of the first form element, the first tilt sensor further comprising a first sensor element for measuring the inclination of a lower region of the first longitudinal element and a second sensor element for measuring the inclination of an upper region of the first longitudinal element, and determining a deviation between the inclination of the lower region of the first longitudinal element and the upper region of the first longitudinal element.

Apparatus and method for vertical slip forming of concrete structures
Apparatus (10) for vertical (72) slip forming of concrete walls and columns (55). The apparatus comprises an attachment portion (23) for a frame with a slipform assembly inside comprising an extrusion form providing side walls defining a cavity and actuators (20) to adjust the position of the side walls forms essentially arranged along the longitudinal axis of the slipform assembly. A concrete supply (45) is connected with the slipform assembly for delivering concrete (52, 53, 54) to that cavity through the top open surface. A mechanism (20) is provided for vertically displacing (72) that slipform assembly incrementally relative to the frame. Thus, a concrete structure (55) having a vertical orientation is continuously cast. The actuators (20) adjust the position of the side walls during the incremental vertical movement (72) of the slipform assembly to create new forms for a column or wall with variable diameter, variable form and/or twisted.
