APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SOLID, LOAD-BEARING CONSTRUCTION FROM A HARDENING BUILDING MATERIAL, AND RECESS FORMWORK SYSTEM
The disclosure relates to an apparatus (1) for applying a hardening building material against a formwork (2) for manufacturing a solid, load-bearing construction (3), for example a wall of a building, having at least one spray nozzle (4) for spraying the building material in a spraying direction (5), a manipulator (6) which guides the at least one spray nozzle (4) and provides the spraying direction (5), wherein the manipulator (6) is mounted on a movable carriage (7), wherein the formwork (2) is formed by a formwork panel (8) which can be moved together with the carriage (7) and is positioned relative to the spray nozzle (4) in the spraying direction (5) and is oriented substantially transversely to the spraying direction (5). The disclosure also relates to a recess formwork system (25), a reinforcement mat (46), a fastening element (51) and a method for manufacturing a solid, load-bearing construction (3), for example a wall of a building, from a hardening building material.

MOVABLE FORMS FOR ERECTING CONCRETE TOWERS
The present patent relates to a kind of movable form, sliding forms (02) for molding concrete towers of a large variety of shapes, in particular in wind farms, communication towers, the forms moving vertically from the beginning to the end of the construction, in a semi-automated or automated system for uninterrupted and continuous construction of the tower. The movable/sliding form (02) is vertically moved in that a sliding cover (08) with upper and lower rollers (06) is used, as well as a honed metal plate (07) forming the body, connected to a kind of fork (03) which maintains the thickness of the concrete wall, together with cables and ties joined to the metal tower (01), which by being moved by a rack-and-pinion system make it possible to build the tower.

Roller bracket for tunnel forms
A roller bracket having a base, a raising and lowering mechanism, a platform, and horizontal and vertical rollers. The base is attached to the vertical face of a starter wall at a level to provide a desired height for a concrete ceiling. With the platform in the raised position, the bottom edge of a tunnel form is lowered between the vertical roller and the starter wall onto the horizontal rollers. A wedge is driven between the vertical roller and the tunnel form to seal the tunnel form against the starter wall. After concrete has been poured, retained by the seal, and cured to form the concrete walls and ceiling, the mechanism can lower the platform to strip the tunnel form from the tunnel. The tunnel form can then be rolled away on the horizontal rollers while being retained on the horizontal rollers by the vertical roller and the starter wall.
