Reusable mold for forming swimming pool copings
A reusable pool mold for forming a swimming pool coping or overhang above a peripheral portion of pool water in accordance with the present invention includes multiple bracket members detachably secured to a liner receiver for a swimming pool. Each bracket having a lower portion of an outer vertical member integrally joined to an outer portion of a horizontal member, and having an inner portion of said horizontal member integrally joined to an upper portion of an inner vertical member. Each bracket member includes a securing member for detachably securing a bracket member to the liner receiver. The pool mold includes a form member that continuously extends above a water portion of a swimming pool; the form member receiving deformable material that ultimately solidifies, whereupon, the form member and brackets are removed from the solidified material to reveal a configured coping or overhang continuously extending above a peripheral portion of water inside the swimming pool.
Modular construction connection mechanism
A system for securing modular building units to each other and a method for assembling structures using said method is disclosed. The disclosed system allows for modules to be connected to each other from an external position, without a person having to enter the modules to fasten components internally. The system and method may be used to build structures using prefabricated modules, avoiding significant amounts of onsite labor and drastically reducing the time required to erect structures.
FOLDING FORM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURAL WALLS
The present invention relates to a self-supporting, prefabricated, folding form structure or mechanism to be used in the construction industry. It is based on various types of geometries, providing enhanced strength and stability for the concrete and other building material casting process. The object of this invention is a foldable, prefabricated, self-supporting form and does not require a structure. It is configured in a variety of geometric shapes and is based on structural elements that have internal casting chambers or ducts interconnected between each other through perforated holes. This is done by means of internal assembly channels or cavities forming casting chambers. The casting chambers are interconnected with each other, through holes drilled in the structural elements. This way the form features an assembly between its walls through cracks or assembly cuts, creating an architecture of superior engineering that provides higher resistance and stability.
SUPPORT FOR INSTALLING AND SUPPORTING PORCH POSTS
A support for installing a porch post comprises a body. The body includes a ground end and a post end opposite of the ground end. A base is disposed on the ground end of the body. Two or more sidewalls extend from the base toward the post end. One or more open cross-members extend between the two or more sidewalls. The ground end may include a ground surface comprising grippers or stanchions extending away from the ground surface for securing the support with the ground.
CONCRETE FORMWORK AND A FORMWORK SUPPORT BRACKET
The present invention relates to a formwork arrangement for forming a suspended concrete floor slab comprising a change in level in an underside thereof, a support bracket for use with such a formwork arrangement, and a method for employing the support bracket and formwork arrangement.

POOL STAIR FORMS AND METHODS OF FORMING POOL STAIRS
The disclosure provides for pool step forms and related methods for forming steps in a pool formed by wall panels. The step forms may include a wall panel insert configured for insertion between adjacent pool wall panels. The step forms may include one or more step form brace configured to couple with the wall panel insert and, thereby, the wall panels. The step forms may include riser forms that from riser portions of the stairs when the step forms and riser forms are coupled. The pool stair forms may be filled with filling material to form tread portions of the stairs. The pool stair forms may include liner support members coupled to the step form braces and/or the wall panels that facilitate the coupling of a liner to the stairs formed by the pool stair forms and filling material.
FORMWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD
A formwork system (100) includes a rebate board (105) having a generally L shaped profile in end view, the rebate board (105) having a first arm (110) and a second arm (120), the first and second arms (120) being angled at about 90 degrees relative to each other, the second arm (120) being securable to an upper portion of a formwork bottom board (200). The system (100) includes a brace (400) having a first engagement formation (410) configured to engage with the first arm (110), and a second engagement formation (435) configured to engage with a peg (220) or other fixed member.
COMBINED PREFABRICATED REINFORCED CONCRETE STAIR MOLD AND SPLICING METHOD
The present disclosure provides a combined prefabricated reinforced concrete stair mold and a splicing method. The combined prefabricated reinforced concrete stair mold comprises a bottom mold platform (1), wherein an upper platform module (2), a tread module (3) and a lower platform module (4) which are spliced with one another are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the bottom mold platform (1), and corner modules (5) are arranged between the upper platform module (2) and the tread module (3) and between the tread module (3) and the lower platform module (4); the tread module (3) comprises a tread upper surface mold (6) and a tread lower surface mold (7); and the tread lower surface mold (7) comprises a plurality of combined templates (8) formed by mutual splicing, and the tread upper surface mold (6) comprises a plurality of tread splicing pieces (9) formed by mutual splicing.
