A core form device including a circular plate and a plurality of bendable arms extending from the circular plate which when bent about the circular plate form the core form device.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RADIATION-PROOF CONCRETE HOLE RESERVED SPLIT BOLT

A construction method for a radiation-proof concrete hole reserved split bolt includes: 1) mounting a hole reserved sleeve; 2) mounting an inclined recoverable split bolt; 3) mounting an inclined split bolt; 4) fixing the inclined recoverable split bolt and an inclined split bolt main body; 5) pouring concrete, and dismantling related components; 6) plugging the inclined split bolt main body; and 7) plugging the hole reserved sleeve. According to the construction method, the hole reserved sleeve is obliquely arranged, the inner side of the hole reserved sleeve is sprayed with a radiation-proof coating with the functions of reducing radiation ray reflection and absorbing certain radiation rays, and in addition, after the construction of a pipeline or a line in the hole reserved sleeve is finished, the openings at both ends of the hole reserved sleeve are plugged with a radiation-proof mortar incorporated with a micro-expanding agent and a waterproof agent.

Cap for risers in concrete decks

An assembly creates annular voids in concrete around the distal end of cylindrical tubes. A cap has a flat top and a cylindrical, depending skirt. An annular, foam plug extends between the inside of the skirt and the outer diameter of the tube. The plug has an undeformed inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the tube to create an interference fit around the tube and keep concrete out when the cap is on the end of the tube. The plug has a radial thickness of 0.3 to 1 inch, and has an axial length of 1 to 3 inches, with a bottom of the plug located at a bottom of the skirt. The cap is glued to the end of the tube for pressure testing. After the tube is entrained in concrete, the cap and plug are removed to leave a void in the concrete surface.

Systems and methods for an indicator system in firestop protection systems

A system includes a lead-sleeve coupled to a platform. The platform attaches to a sheet metal having alternating peaks and valleys, and the platform includes a block-out component that conforms to a valley of the sheet metal. The system also includes an indicator system coupled to a cap of the lead-sleeve, where the indicator system protrudes through the concrete after the concrete is poured and solidified around the lead-sleeve.

Concrete beam conduit guide

A conduit guide for a concrete beam construction that enables an MEP line to pass through the concrete beam includes a body defining a through passage, a securement panel in the passage, and a pair of sealing flanges on open ends of the body. The securement panel enables securement and/or alignment of an MEP line extending through the passage.

Isolation pocket form and method for making crack resistant concrete slabs

A pocket isolator form, for placement around a footer before a concrete slab is poured, is formed from plural barrier sections. At least some of the sections are curved, so that a sharp re-entrant corned is not formed in the concrete slab. The curved sections may be assembled with straight sections to form barriers of various form shapes which avoid the creation of sharp re-entrant corners in the slab.

Cap for a tubular sleeve for a concrete structure

A cap for a tubular sleeve having a cylindrical wall extending along a longitudinal axis for forming a passage through a concrete structure. The sleeve has radially extending ridges separated into segments with a channel parallel to the longitudinal axis. The channel has a circumferential width W. The ridges spaced apart a distance Z along the longitudinal axis. The sleeve having an inner diameter D. The cap has a cap element and a positioning tab. The cap element has a circular outer periphery with a flat top surface and a flange having a bottom end, and the tab extends inwardly from the bottom end and has a bottom surface that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis. The tab has an inner surface that is inclined at an acute angle to the bottom surface. The tab has a width smaller than W and an axial length smaller than Z.

A first firestop device and a second firestop device, each comprising a housing. The housing of the first firestop device has a connection side with a plurality of connection elements and the housing of the second firestop device has a complementary side with a complementary element. The connection elements are each arranged at a different location on the connection side of the housing of the first firestop device, so that a position of the first firestop device relative to the second firestop device, when the connection side of the housing of the first firestop device is interlocked with the complementary side of the housing of the second firestop device, is selectable by selecting which of the connection elements of the first firestop device is connected to the complementary element of the second firestop device.

Fire stop for a passageway

A tubular fire stop assembly for a poured concrete structure defines at least a portion of a passage through the structure during use. The assembly has a base with a tubular sleeve, both encircling and extending along the passage. A fire ring is connected to the base and has a plate with a central opening encircling the passage. An intumescent ring has inner and outer sidewalls and opposing top and bottom walls. The intumescent ring is inside the base, encircles the passage and rests on the fire ring plate. A woven, galvanized wire mesh casing extends along the inner and outer sidewalls and the top wall of the intumescent ring.

SPRINKLER BOX FOR EMBEDDED SPRINKLER PIPE SYSTEM

A sprinkler assembly includes a pipe portion extending from an inlet end to an outlet end. The sprinkler assembly includes a stop coupled with the outlet end, the stop including a first wall and a second wall extending from the first wall, the first wall across the outlet end, the second wall contacting an inner surface of the pipe portion. The sprinkler assembly includes a plug coupled with the inlet end, the plug including a rim, a plug wall extending from the rim, and an end wall connected with the plug wall and opposite the rim, the plug wall contacting the inner surface of the pipe portion.
